| The report of the 20 th National Congress puts education in an extremely important position,the realization of the goal of "education power" is inseparable from educators,the development of the times and academic research are calling for the emergence of educators,and they are also very concerned about the growth and cultivation of educators,but the current research on educators mainly revolves around the educational ideas,educational practices and growth paths of educators,and the research on their individual growth process is still not rich and mature.The study of the growth history of individual educators can expand the new field of education history research,enrich and deepen the research on individual educators.As a famous educator and historian in modern China,Chen Yuan occupies an important position in the field of higher education and the field of historical research,and exploring his individual growth history can provide front-line teachers with growth experience,so this study focuses on how Chen Yuan grew up to become an educator by studying the growth process of educator Chen Yuan.This study uses the literature research method,historical research method and case study method to analyze and summarize the laws and enlightenment of individual growth of educators from three aspects: Chen Yuan’s growth process,external environment and internal dynamics.Among them,the growth process is mainly divided into foundation period,exploration period,maturity period and family formation period;The external environment consists of the regional,family,contemporary,educational,social and academic environments;The internal motivation is mainly analyzed from the aspects of unswerving,diligent study,serious and responsible,educational innovation,education to save the country,prudence and rigor,humility and kindness.Finally,this study summarizes the laws of educators’ growth from their individual growth history as the law of environmental drive,mutual promotion of characters,independent development and educational innovation,and provides inspiration for the growth of primary and secondary school teachers in combination with reality,that is,give full play to subjective initiative,adapt to the times,use the environment,communicate with people,follow the valuable experience left by Chen Yuan for us,such as long-term aspirations,diligence,feelings and innovation,and then continue to climb the ladder. |
