Research On Artistic Language Of Hongren Landscape Painting And Personal Creation Practice

Hongren holds an important position in the Chinese painting world.He has his own unique insights and insights into natural mountains and rivers,and his works showcase an artistic style of coldness,hardness,desolation,and stillness.The focus of this article is to study the style of Hongren’s landscape painting and apply the style and schematic language of Hongren’s painting to his own creation.At the same time,by interpreting and practicing Hongren’s works such as "Sitting in Rain in the Western Garden" and "Landscape Album",we can broaden our creative ideas and enrich the visual effects.This paper is divided into two parts.The first part starts from the historical background and analyzes the factors that formed Hongren’s landscape painting style by analyzing his life experience,teacher-student relationship,painting style,and spiritual temperament.By analyzing and interpreting Hongren’s works such as "The Painting of Sitting in the Rain in the Western Garden",this article explores the specific application and transformation of his painting style in the author’s creation.The second part is an explanation of the process of creative practice,as well as reflections and insights after creation.The author discusses the inspiration and influence of Hongren’s landscape painting style on graduation creation from aspects such as composition,geometric patterns,and ink color.Through creative practice,it is recognized that good creation requires sufficient preparation and theoretical knowledge reserves,while continuously improving one’s own literacy and aesthetic awareness.Only by grasping the relationship between "ancient meaning" and "new meaning" can we create landscape paintings with the spirit of the times like Hongren’s.
