Research And Insights Into The Participation Of The German Toubro Archives In Cultural Heritage Digital Conservation Projects

Cultural heritage is an invaluable asset for mankind.The ideological values and connotations it contains are hidden values that have been developed by mankind in the course of social development.With the development of digital information technology,it is gradually being introduced into all walks of life,including the preservation of cultural heritage.The preservation of cultural heritage not only enhances the sense of national integration,but also laterally promotes the progress and development of the country in all aspects.Many developed countries have embarked on digital preservation of cultural heritage,for example the United States and the United Kingdom,which have started researching it at an early stage and have formed a certain system of development abroad.In this paper,Germany is selected as the research object,and the digital conservation project of cultural heritage is used as the data source,and the institution of TUBO archives is used as the research subject.On the one hand,like our country,Germany is rich in cultural resources and possesses a large amount of cultural heritage;on the other hand,Germany has made certain achievements in the digital preservation of cultural heritage,which is worthy of in-depth exploration.This paper takes Germany as the object of study,uses the cultural heritage digitization project as the data sour ce and the institution as the main subject of the study,summarizes the practical experience of Germany’s cultural heritage digitization project,analyzes the specific situation of China,and summarizes and learns from the advanced construction experience.This paper provides a detailed overview of the current state of research on cultural heritage conservation at home and abroad,and summarises the specific research content.The study also examines the construction of digital preservation projects in German y.The overall situation of the project is analysed in five dimensions: digital recording,digital restoration,virtual exhibition,digital integration and digital development,and it is concluded that the project is characterised by its broad scope,technical application,project practice and institutional cooperation.Afterwards,it analyses the current situation of the digital conservation of cultural heritage in China,puts forward some problems and shortcomings,draws on the development of the German archives,and finally puts forward relevant inspiration and suggestions for the future digital conservation of cultural heritage in China’s archives.Drawing on Germany’s advanced experience and taking into account our own national context,the following points of inspiration are proposed:(i)promote diverse projects;(ii)accelerate the use of multiple types of digital technology;(iii)coordinate the cooperation of multi-agency projects;and(iv)promote the improvement of multilevel policies.
