Melodrama and fantasy are two of the most popular film genres in the Chinese film market in recent years.However,in the ever-changing environment of the times,people’s cinematic needs are also changing day by day.This inevitably requires that these two types of films keep up with the times and continue to innovate in their future creation.As most films today are a mix of genres,the fusion of melodramatic films and fantasy films is bound to become a trend in the future.Through the organic integration of fantasy elements into melodramatic films,we have found that it is possible for them to learn from each other,to collide and to achieve scientific fusion,thus opening up our creative horizons and stimulating our creative abilities to create more and better and more appealing stories,scripts and films.The script of the film "Reboot" presents the story of a police officer killed in the line of duty who is reborn as another fugitive and influences his own son through a fantasy approach.On the basis of theoretical research,the author combines the practical research of the film script "Reboot",boldly explores the organic integration of fantasy elements with melodramatic films,focusing on the creation of innovative breakthroughs in the plot and characters in melodramatic films and fantasy films,boldly practices,expects a breakthrough,and summarizes the following three creative strategies.Firstly,the main theme should be the main theme,and fantasy should be supplemented,to enhance the output of mainstream thoughts and emotions,and to prevent the fantasy elements from overwhelming the main theme.Secondly,based on the adaptation of real events to convey core values,we should focus on restoring the authenticity of the events.Thirdly,to enhance the imagination of the textual content and to use temporal alienation to explain the themes of the story.Through this study,it is hoped that it will inspire film scholars to explore innovation in screenwriting and draw new experiences in screenwriting,providing some valuable practical references for the innovative and organic integration of more film elements. |
