Study On Performing Arts At Lao Six Zhu Cai Restaurant In Harbin From The Perspective Of Social Arts Education

The Lao Liu Sha Zhu Cai restaurant is known as the “first restaurant for making this kind of dishes” in Harbin.This is a catering enterprise with distinctive regional characteristics created by Mr.Shiyan Wang who lives in a native family of Northeast China.The restaurant was established in 1985.At the beginning of the establishment,the restaurant only performed song-and-dance duets,Peking Opera and Pingju Opera.Until 1992,after the entertainment companies joined,they gradually added the shows of Russian songs and dances and Chinese pop songs,which not only brought the enjoyment for the taste buds of the consumers eating in the restaurant,but also formed the unique performing culture of this restaurant.Therefore,this paper studies the current performance phenomenon of the restaurant,including the current status of the restaurant,the type of performing,the space for performing,the reasons for existence and the function of social education,as well as thinking of the education function of social art in public areas in Harbin.At present,the performance of this restaurant consists of two different parts.One is Chinese performing arts,including traditional performing arts,modern popular performing arts and other performing arts.Among them,the programs of traditional Chinese performing arts consist of song-and-dance duet and Huangmei Opera,Peking Opera,Huagu Opera,etc.,all of which are classic repertoires,showing the immigrant culture of Chuang Guandong and playing a certain role in the spread of traditional Chinese arts.Besides,modern performing arts choose popular content such as singing pop songs and cross-field performances.Other performing arts,including calligraphy and painting auctions,acrobatics,magic show and fancy bartending,have distinctive characteristics of current era,which not only enrich the public’s artistic vision,but also show the resonance of the citizens in art appreciation.The other one is Western performing arts,which is mainly the shows of Russian song and dance.The singing of classic Russian songs and hot dance performances display the Russian immigrant culture in Harbin,recalling the impressive memories of Harbin citizens and promoting the exchange of art and culture between China and Russia.In the past 35 years of performing arts,Lao Liu Sha Zhu Cai restaurant,has experienced the process of evolution from China to the West,from tradition to modernity,from single to diverse.With common and popular performance of arts,it captures the dynamics of art phenomenon in Harbin and records the change of art in Harbin.Also,this restaurant presents the artistic behavior of ordinary citizens and ordinary artists and reveals the influence of immigration culture on the performing arts in restaurants.This topic is mainly to research the restaurant performance phenomenon through a specific study case.Through the analysis of the educational function of the performance in the Lao Liu Sha Zhu Cai restaurant,the education function of urban public art in Harbin is introduced in the microscopic perspective,explaining the current public demand for social art education and entertainment stratification under the needs of mass entertainment.
