A Research On The Proverbs In Lobsangdanjin’s Altan Tobchi

Lobsangdanjin’ s “Altan tobchi” is a Mongolian document of the Uighur style in the 17 th century,it recorded two-thirds of the contents of “the Secret History of Mongolia”and includes two kinds of contents corresponding to and not corresponding to “the Secret History of Mongolia”.On the basis of previous studies,this paper mainly takes the Ulaanbaatar photocopy of the“Altan tobchi”(1990)as the research object,selects three proverbs from the “Altan tobchi”and discusses their semantic features and grammatical meanings from the perspectives of linguistics,culturology and philology.This article is composed of four parts: introduction,the first chapter:general situation of Proverbs in the “Altan tobchi”,the second chapter:selected interpretation of Proverbs in the“Altan tobchi” and the conclusion.The introduction mainly expounds the purpose,significance,status quo,methods and data sources of the research.The first chapter introduces the main content and theme of Proverbs in the “Altan tobchi”.The theme is summed up into four categories: state governance,solidarity and friendship,advocating wisdom,advocating loyalty and righteousness.The second chapter collates the content of the selected proverbs and analyzes the words and grammatical features.The conclusion part mainly summarizes the full text from four aspects,such as grammatical features,cultural phenomena,text collation and semantic features.
