The Musical Style And Playing Technique Of Brahms’ Rhapsody

Brahms was an outstanding musician in the middle period of Romanticism and also the last composer in the classical period.He created many outstanding works in his life.In Brahms’ works,there are not so many flashy forms,but more logical and emotional expression in music.Brahms wrote his Rhapsody in his heyday,which is neat in writing technique and rich in content.Brahms shows his personal charm in his music style.Based on the historical creation background of Rhapsody,this paper analyzes the performance of Rhapsody from several dimensions,combining with piano playing techniques and experience.How to better interpret the performance of this work to provide a little thought.This paper makes a deep analysis of Brahms’ Rhapsody from the aspects of writing background,musical structure and playing skills,and grasps its core and technical difficulties.Based on the performance and understanding of this work,this paper provides some reference value for the second creation and performance practice of this work.
