The famous composer Schumann is known as "the writer of Romantic music".His Fairy Tale Scenes for viola and piano is full of rich dramatic and personalized poetic expression,romantic and moving music can be seen everywhere,leading the audience into a wonderful mood.The first and fourth movements echo each other,calm and peaceful,and the passion and turbulence of the second and third movements blend into each other.On the basis of emphasizing the unique timbre of the viola,the performance techniques that are very consistent with the development of musical images are added.After this paper briefly describes the author’s life of the composer and the creation background of Fairy Tales Scene,it focuses on explaining the theme and performance of the work,discussing the music style and processing of the work in different movements,and combining emotion with performance.Analyze the difficulties in the works,including the right hand,the coordination with the piano and the bow jumping skills.
