| Chinese national percussion music carries the spiritual yearning and aesthetic pursuit of the Chinese nation,and is a way of expression for people to express their emotions and aspirations.In the development of national percussion art in recent decades,it has made outstanding achievements in the practice of creation,performance and teaching.Taking Luo Tianqi’s folk drumming and percussion group work "South of the Clouds" as an example,this paper discusses the music style of this piece based on the author’s study and performance practice.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the background of the music style,focusing on the inheritance and application of yunnan folk music elements.The second part discusses the style characteristics of the combination of drum and other percussion instruments in this song.Firstly,it introduces the use of principal instruments and ensemble instruments in this song,and then discusses the texture style and timbre style of this song.It is clear that this song has the fusion characteristics of Chinese and Western music in the music style.The third part explores the playing technology of the Musical Instruments used in the music,focusing on the characteristics of playing technology and combining with music performance;The fourth part further discusses the musical expression of this song,and summarizes the musical image and musical mood respectively. |
