Study On Protection And Utilization Of Tianshui Ancient City

Famous historical and cultural cities are an important part of cultural heritage resources in China.In recent years,China has gradually attached importance to the protection of famous historical and cultural cities.While protecting the cultural heritage in famous cities,it has been developed and utilized,which has achieved good results.A number of typical protection cases such as Quanzhou Ancient City and Lijiang Ancient City have emerged.With the proposal of cultural rejuvenation in the Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council on the Implementation of the Project of Inheriting and Developing Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture,as well as the proposal of the strategy of great cultural prosperity and development and new urbanization,the state has placed the protection of historic and cultural cities in an important position and issued a number of protection policies.Chinese scholars have also studied the protection and development of historical and cultural cities from different dimensions.However,at present,most of the research objects on the protection of famous cities are the ancient cities in the economically developed areas,while the research on the ancient cities in the northwest region is still to be in-depth,and such ancient cities have more serious problems in the protection and utilization of cultural heritage.In historical and cultural city tianshui,for example,this paper select xiguan in the ancient city of tianshui city as the research object,research from the following several aspects: first,collecting the related to the ancient city of tianshui county annals,history of the literature,protection planning of local data,and carries on the induction summary,comb out the history,remains of the ancient city of composition,protection pattern and city characteristics;Secondly,through the analysis of the successful conservation and utilization experiences of quanzhou Ancient City,Lijiang ancient City,Lyon historical and cultural District in France and Bath ancient City in England,useful experiences are drawn from the aspects of policy formulation,conservation and utilization,non-inheritance and so on.Thirdly,the author went deep into the life of the respondents,interviewed local residents,and investigated the preservation and reuse of cultural heritage in Xiguan,the preservation status of historical buildings,and the living environment of the ancient city.Finally,according to the problems found in the survey and combined with the characteristics of the five historical and cultural blocks of Xiguan City,according to local conditions,"Three new Lanes--ancient city style exhibition area,Fuxi ancestor worship east gate","Free Road--Ancient City walking street","Yusheng Lane--create a comfortable old city living environment.The plan for the activation and utilization of the four historical and cultural blocks,namely,to create boutique b&B" and " Chengyuan Lane and Autonomous Lane--To create Tianshui Back to Han Cultural Exchange Places ",is also proposed.Meanwhile,the development and utilization mode of the ancient city of "government + company + residents alliance" and the self-rescue strategy of the ancient city under the outbreak of COVID-19.In order to tianshui ancient city Xiguanli into a display of Tianshui culture,trace the history of the ancient city,taste the traditional food platform.
