With the advent of the Internet and the development of science and technology,museum experience has gradually replaced the traditional exhibition methods and become the core of museum research.However,under the influence of Pan entertainment and technology,museums often fall into the pursuit of superficial sensory stimulation,with single information structure and obvious class assimilation.There are a large number of designs that regard the strangeness and difficulty of form as aesthetic standards.This not only affects the realization of the educational function of the museum,but also weakens the rational transmission of artistic aesthetics and the effective transmission of information,and violates the requirements of the theme of "high-quality development" of China’s cultural construction.With the renewal and iteration of technology,the barrier of binary opposition between "strangeness" and "Empathy" in experience design has gradually disintegrated.As a means of expression of literature and art,the design of "Defamiliarization" can not only arouse the audience’s interest in items again,but also continuously innovate the way audiences experience the world,creating the same mentality as fans.Therefore,in order to enhance the concentration of the audience’s attention,explore the effective interaction between cultural information and the audience,and avoid the expansion of "sensory stimulation" and the lack of "Defamiliarization" experience,it is particularly important to use the "Defamiliarization" theory to guide the interactive experience design of the museum.Firstly,from the perspective of audience experience,this paper looks for the common problems faced by museum interactive experience design and the audience’s diversified needs for the museum;After clarifying the basic research of "Defamiliarization" theory,this paper analyzes the universality of its application,the connection with Museum interactive experience and the guiding value of the theory;Taking the "Defamiliarization" of design as one of the possible ways to optimize the interactive experience of museums,this paper points out the concept of "Defamiliarization" of experience design,and also put forward has the characteristics of community and create the meaning of the museum "defamiliarization" design principles and experience optimization method;Combined with the relevant knowledge of cognitive psychology and experience design,cleared about the "Defamiliarization" process of audience from "perceptual experience to rational cognition" and the design elements that affect the "Defamiliarization" experience under the audience value evaluation;Through the analysis of some excellent museum design cases,looking for the authentic communication of culture in space from the perspectives of thinking creativity,sensory perception,behavioral feedback and emotional experience,analyzes and discusses the "Defamiliarization" characteristics,the expression forms of "Defamiliarization" techniques and the treatment methods of "Defamiliarization" in the interactive experience design of museums,and puts forward new design thinking with reverse thinking and suffering consciousness.Finally,taking the Nanjing Museum as the object of investigation and practice,combined with the historical legacy,existing equipment,spatial structure and other problems of the Nanjing Museum,the paper investigates the audience’s requirements,satisfaction rate and the practical significance of the basic construction;analyzes and discusses the current situation of the audience of Nanjing Museum,the advantages and disadvantages of the creative design;Put forward the optimization scheme of "Defamiliarization" of experience design with more community characteristics and co creation significance,so as to help readers fully understand the operation mode of "Defamiliarization" theory in Museum interactive experience design;Combined with the design practice,complete the practical evaluation of the subject,further improve the "Defamiliarization" experience value system and cognitive evaluation model,and make the interactive experience design of the museum more scientific and effective.It is expected that this study can not only enrich the relevant theories of art design,but also provide new ideas and references for the research of Museum interactive experience design. |
