Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Chengdu Municipal Government In Implementing The Rescue Record Project For Representative Inheritors Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage(referred to as intangible cultural heritage)exists in people’s lives in various intangible forms,and it needs to be passed on from generation to generation by non-hereditary lineage,so the continuity of inheritance has become crucial.However,China’s representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage are facing prominent problems such as aging,generational inheritance,and no successor,so it is urgent to use modern information technology to strengthen the digital rescue records of representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage.At present,the rescue records of representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in China are mainly led by the government,from policy formulation,record preservation to publicity and marketing,the government has played a vital role in all aspects,and the rescue records of representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage have become an important part of the government’s public management process.In this paper,taking the rescue record project of intangible representative inheritors implemented by the Chengdu Municipal Government as the research object,first of all,the basic data and existing problems of the rescue record project of the representative inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage implemented by the Chengdu Municipal Government were preliminarily obtained by the investigation and investigation of the cultural department of Chengdu Municipality;the hierarchical analysis method was used again to establish the evaluation index system of the rescue record project of the representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage implemented by the Chengdu Municipal Government,and the data was collected and calculated by means of questionnaire surveys.In addition,we will improve the current situation information of the Chengdu Municipal Government’s implementation of the rescue record project for representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,and analyze the causes.Finally,in view of the existing problems and causes,the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the rescue record project of representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in Chengdu are proposed,including: speed up the recording process and restore the recording scene in multiple ways;strengthening the contact with the inheritors,constructing the life history and inheritance history of the inheritors in multiple dimensions;avoiding legal risks with the help of professional legal teams;improving the funding input system and expanding funding channels;establishing a database of representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage at the national-provincial-city-county level connection;and cultivate a professional digital rescue record team.
