| In recent years,along with the construction of cultural power and economic globalization,driven by Sichuan’s opening pattern,Sichuan’s cultural export-oriented economy has been gradually constructed and cultural trade has developed rapidly.Among them,Zigong’s cultural trade development occupies a significant position in Sichuan province,and the cultural trade represented by lantern ranks first in the export of traditional culture in Sichuan Province.At the same time,as the first selected national cultural export bases in the region of Sichuan and Chongqing,uses the theoretical tools of public management to study the problems in promoting the development of cultural trade by Zigong government,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which are helpful for the excellent culture of Bashu and even the excellent culture of China to go out.Starting from the macro background of the development of cultural trade,this paper briefly summarizes the development process of cultural trade in China,and provides the domestic background and significance of Zigong municipal government’s promotion of the development of cultural trade at present,summarizes the relevant research.On this basis,the relevant conception and theoretical basis of public management is briefly sorted out,the domestic research status of cultural trade is summarized and analyzed,and the general situation and characteristics of cultural trade in Zigong is introduced.And Zigong government cultural trade development experience summaries by the government support,service system and development trend.On the basis of field investigation,the thesis combines the collaborative governance,government intervention,service-oriented government,government behavior externalities to analyze the causes of current problems which local government uses to promote cultural trade,from the industry guide,regional coordination,scale economy,free trade zone resources utilization.By referring to the successful experience of the role of government in cultural trade at home and abroad and considering the strategic plan of Sichuan and Zigong,it is suggested that Zigong can promote cultural trade from four aspects: enlarging regional coordination,based on comparative advantages,enlarging platform docking and integrating team.The innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of the relevant theoretical tools of public management,exploring the theoretical support for the development of cultural trade in Zigong and national cultural export base in Zigong,providing in-depth practice samples for the current local practice of cultural trade and the first batch of national cultural export base construction.Due to the limitation of the multi-discipline scope,there is still considerable room for improvement in the depth and cross-disciplinary reference of the research. |
