Study On Ink Chrysanthemum In Ming And Qing Dynastiesd

This paper studies the emergence and development of ink chrysanthemum painting in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the style type and painting of ink chrysanthemum,and discusses the relationship between ink chrysanthemum as an important type of literati flowers and literati painting style.Chrysanthemum as the theme of literati painting has rich symbolic meaning and aesthetic image in Chinese culture.This paper starts with the plant properties of chrysanthemum before discussing the painting of ink chrysanthemum,and mainly discusses the cultural tradition of chrysanthemum created by the mature poetry of chrysanthemum.In this tradition,chrysanthemum not only has folk meaning,but also symbolizes high character,used to express hermit thought and spirit.Painting chrysanthemum is the visual image of chrysanthemum,but also an important part of chrysanthemum culture.Therefore,in the observation of the development of ink chrysanthemum painting,also explore the process from painting chrysanthemum to ink chrysanthemum.This process includes the Song Dynasty courtyard painter ’ s sketch color chrysanthemum,Yuan Dynasty ink chrysanthemum painting and painting poems in the ink chrysanthemum creation,they are the premise of ink chrysanthemum recognized by the literati.When it comes to the painting style of the painters in Ming and Qing Dynasties,this paper divides the style of the ink chrysanthemum genre into two categories : one is the classic ink chrysanthemum led by the Wumen School,the other is the inheritance and change of the painters ’ style of the Wu School,including the freehand freehand ink chrysanthemum and the orthodox school of balanced sketch.In these three styles,ink chrysanthemum also developed into one of the typical literati ink.From Shen Zhou to Chen Chun and Xu Wei to Yun Shouping and Yangzhou School of Painting,these ink chrysanthemums are all famous literati flower-and-bird painters in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The relationship between ink chrysanthemums and literati painting style is fully demonstrated here.Moreover,the classical form of ink chrysanthemum and the presentation of painting also reflect the close relationship between the two.
