Calendar Design From The Perspetive Of Jiangnan Spring Festival Etiquette And Customs Culture

Since ancient times,Jiangnan region has played an important role in China’s economy and culture.After the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta became a national strategy in November 2018,Jiangnan has attracted more social attention.As an important part of Jiangnan culture,Jiangnan Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture has a long history,rich connotation,distinctive characteristics and profound inside information.China is one of the first countries to invent the calendar in the world.In the long historical evolution,the calendar,an extremely important bearing form of the calendar,is constantly changing with the continuous development of society.At present,under the background of vigorously carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and putting forward cultural confidence,the calendar design with the theme of the Spring Festival is popular,but there are few Spring Festival elements with local characteristics.Therefore,taking the Jiangnan Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture as the research object,this paper systematically combs and classifies it,extracts the characteristic elements,and applies it to the calendar design.On the basis of meeting its practicability,artistry,interest and appreciation,this paper focuses on the typical characteristics and connotation of Jiangnan Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture,so as to stimulate people’s emotional identity,value identity and spiritual identity of Jiangnan etiquette and customs culture again.This study is divided into five parts.The first part expounds the research background,research significance,research status,research purpose,research methods and innovation.In the second part,firstly,it arranges and analyzes the Jiangnan region,the history of Spring Festival and the development of calendar design,finds its existing problems and puts forward solutions.Secondly,it summarizes the characteristic elements of Spring Festival etiquette and customs cultural activities in Jiangnan,and analyzes its characteristics.The third part formulates the design principles,makes a preliminary design conception of the calendar design of Jiangnan Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture,and extracts the elements of Jiangnan Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture and regional characteristics according to the design conception.The fourth part carries out the calendar design practice from the perspective of Jiangnan Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture.Carry out relevant font design,pattern design and color matching according to the Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture in Jiangnan and its product characteristics,and divide the calendar into four series of bamboo,cloth,rice and silk according to the product characteristics.In the bamboo series,the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage bamboo carvings are used to integrate and innovate the design of the calendar,which not only has the picture effect of bamboo carvings,but also has other functions given by bamboo carvings;In the cloth series,the blue printed cloth with traditional Chinese technology is an important part of the Spring Festival etiquette and customs patterns in the south of the Yangtze River,which not only highlights the folk characteristics,but also increases its sense of simplicity and nature;In the rice series,the rice with the meaning of harvest in the Spring Festival in the south of the Yangtze River is selected as the creative element,and the rice is connected as a point to form the scene of the Spring Festival etiquette and customs activities in the south of the Yangtze River,so as to present the expectation of the Spring Festival etiquette and customs calendar in the south of the Yangtze River for a better life;In the silk series,Jiangnan Silk is used as raw material to highlight the grand ceremony and customs of Jiangnan Spring Festival in the gorgeous and colorful Jiangnan Silk.In addition,based on the design of combining theory with practice,the relevant derivatives are developed and utilized to enhance the dissemination and promotion of Spring Festival etiquette and customs activities in Jiangnan.The fifth part summarizes and prospects the calendar design from the perspective of Jiangnan Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture.Although this study demonstrates the calendar design from the perspective of Jiangnan Spring Festival etiquette and customs culture,it is not limited to this,but looks at the innovative inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture with local characteristics,which is conducive to the exploration of local characteristic culture,the maintenance of the diversity of regional culture and traditional customs,and the dissemination of the spiritual and cultural construction of the Chinese nation.
