On "Inversion Of Drama" In Drama Performance

In the early stage of creation,actors will read through the script and understand the context of the event,and it is this "knowing" that makes actors unconsciously shorten their performance space,"smooth from beginning to end,and go straight to the result.Young actors like us can laugh and cry,but they are not active on the stage.The characters have no "soul" and only fulfill the literal meaning of the script.In this way,not only the viewers feel dull,but also the lack of "spirit of exploration" in the creation.Drama is the art of action.Action consists of many actions,and action requires time and space to unfold.How to use reasonable time and space to choose the actions of characters in the prescribed situation is one of the important links of performance."Inversion of drama" is "time and space",which requires actors to give up"known" and break inertia when acting as roles,to screen out "opportunities" that have conditions for inversion and to choose accurate means of expression to start from the present continuous tense of characters.Although there is only one "end point",there are many "roads" leading to the end point.These "roads" are the time and space of the performance and the "inversion of the play ".In this paper,the key word "inversion" is extracted,which means that the actor should leave appropriate time and space for the performance to choose a more accurate and more colorful expression.Through the rehearsal of Overwatch,I realized that "inversion" is the icing on the cake creative thinking and expression method for actors,and I also had some own experiences on "inversion of drama".This paper will take the graduation drama of students--the original drama "Watch" as an example,from the essence of "inversion",existing conditions and other aspects,to try to analyze.
