| Sports dance course is an important part of physical education system in colleges and universities.It plays an important role in improving college students’ social skills,shaping their bodies,improving their physical fitness,mastering fitness methods,and increasing their self-confidence and expressiveness.Sports dance course has various forms of expression,which can bring positive influence to students’ mind and physiology.Therefore,sports dance course is deeply loved by students in universities with its unique charm.In recent years,sports dance courses have been developed rapidly in colleges and universities.However,there are different opinions and lack of commonness in the theoretical part,technical part,skill part and class hours of sports dance courses,which affects the quality of sports dance courses in colleges and universities and seriously restricts the development of sports dance courses in colleges and universities.In this paper,we understand the current situation of sports dance courses in 11 colleges and universities in Beijing,and analyze the collected data mainly through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathem aticalstatistics and logical analysis.This paper mainly discusses the theoretical part,technical part,skill part,physical quality part and class hour part of the sports dance course in Beijing universities.Therefore,it summarizes the problems that need to be solved in the curriculum content of Beijing colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme,which provides a theoretical basis for the better construction and development of sports dance courses in colleges and universities across the country.Through research,the following conclusions and suggestions are drawn:Come to the following conclusions:(1)The goal of sports dance course in Beijing universities is accurate,and theexisting problems need to be improved.(2)The sports dance courses in Beijing universities are extensive and need to be optimized.(3)The construction of curriculum content in ordinary universities in Beijing shows individuality,lacks commonness and needs to be improved.(4)The establishment of sports dance course content hours in Beijing universities should develop in the direction of systematization and rationalization.(5)The content of sports dance courses in Beijing colleges and universities is based on the actual needs,and the theoretical teaching is not specialized.(6)Ordinary colleges and universities should communicate with each other to jointly cultivate students’ sports dance skillsPut forward the following suggestions:(1)Starting from students as the main body,following the principle of"interest first,practice strengthening",setting up sports dance course content,and cultivating students’ lifelong sports consciousness.(2)Setting reasonable physical fitness content,giving full play to the special physical fitness function of sports dance,cultivating students’ ability to exercise independently,thus effectively improving students’physical fitness and’sports dance technical level.(3)The setting of curriculum contentshould be "easy to combine".(4)Using advanced cases for reference to promote the development of sports dance courses in our school. |
