Ethnic identity is the individual’s recognition of the identity of their own ethnic group,their emotional belonging and acceptance,and their participation and involvement in behavior.They can be divided into four components:ethnic cognition,ethnic behavior,ethnic emotion,and ethnic evaluation.ethnic identity and Chinese identity.The meta-analysis method is used to summarize the ethnic identity of ethnic minorities.It is found that in the process of individual development,there is a critical period in the development of ethnic identity,but the age stages appearing in the critical period are not unified.In addition,language context is an important factor affecting individual ethnic identity.Therefore,looking for the critical period in the process of ethnic identity development and exploring the ways in which language context affects individual ethnic identity are beneficial to the psychological development of adolescents.This study used interviews to interview 75 young people from elementary school to college,and used the revised Multi-group Ethnic Identity Measure-Revised(Phinney&Ong,2007),ethnic identity questionnaire(Shi Huiying,20007),and ethnic groups.The Identity Questionnaire(Ethnic Identity Scale,Qin Xiangrong,2005)uses three measurement tools to conduct a questionnaire survey on 943 adolescents from the third grade to the university,and explores the critical period of ethnic identity development and the situational factors that affect ethnic identity.turn out,1.The development of Korean youth’s ethnic identity is contextual,which includes the impact of various situations such as language situation,education situation,interpersonal situation,cultural situation,and identity misunderstanding situation.2.Korean adolescents have an overall processing tendency in the identification of the Chinese nation.3.During the development of Korean youth’s ethnic identity,there will be a small trough period in the junior high school stage and a large trough period in the high third stage.4.Questionnaire language and its own language fluency have an interactive effect on ethnic identity.get conclusion:1.The development of Korean youth’s ethnic identity is affected by various situations such as language scenarios,education scenarios,interpersonal scenarios,cultural scenarios,and identity misunderstanding situations.In the process of ethnic identity education,the contextual education is added to guide students to deal with situational changes rationally.Promote the healthy development of ethnic identity.2.The level of common’ sense among the Korean youth and the Chinese nation is high,but the overall processing tendency is obvious.In the process of ethnic education,detailed knowledge about the culture,history,and customs of the Chinese nation should be added to increase the individual’s analytical processing level of the Chinese nation.3.During the development of Korean youth’s ethnic identity,there is a critical period in the high school stage.Appropriate education should be conducted in the transition period from high school to college to promote the development of individual ethnic identity and the awareness of the Chinese nation community.4.Language contexts play an important role in the development of ethnic identity.Different language contexts can cause adolescents’cross-cultural adaptation.Proficiency in bilingualism can effectively promote individual ethnic identity.5.There is an imbalance in the development of Korean youth’s ethnic identity.Situational teaching should be used at the junior and senior high school levels to increase the ethnic emotions of young people.The behavior of encouraging students to learn ethnic knowledge during the high school to university stages is targeted at different development stages for ethnic education.Therefore,in the process of ethnic identity education,we should use situational teaching in the key stage of the third year of senior high school and the first year of college to promote the bilingual ability of bilinguals and improve the level of individual ethnic identity.
