A Study On The Development Of Lion Dance Of Teng County Guangxi Under Instrumental Rationality

China is experiencing rapid globalization,modernization and economic integration,in this great process,folk sports is faced with severe tests such as the lack of inheritors,the narrowing of development space and the lack of motive power.As a kind of cultural form,folk sport is an important part of various ethnic culture and regional cultural forms.Lion dance is one of folk sports.This study uses literature,field investigation,interview and Logic analysis to explain the development process of Teng County lion dance.Based on Weber theory of Social action,this paper expounds the transformation of lion dance from the value rational behavior of pure ethnic belief to the instrumental rational behavior of Marketization,chooses Guangxi Teng County lion dance as field survey object,and makes a detailed record of the survey object,and provides case support for the research writing.According to the present situation of investigation and social action theory,this paper expounds how instrumental rationality and value rationality can achieve a dynamic equilibrium state.The German sociologist and philosopher Max Weber(hereinafter referred to as Weber)divides human social behavior into traditional behavior,affective behavior,instrumental rational behavior with objective orientation and value rationality behavior under Kant’s influence.If the act of rational consideration and weighing the purpose,the means and the incidental consequences is instrumental rationality,the paradigm of pure value rationality is to practice the belief that duty,honor,beauty,call of religion,personal loyalty or whatever "cause" is required at all costs,The meaning of its behavior does not focus on what is to be achieved in the future,but consciously realize a special type of behavior.This paper,from the perspective of Weber instrumental rationality,taking the Teng County lion dance in Guangxi as the object of study,using the method of field investigation and "deep description" ethnography,this paper analyzes the value rational behavior of Teng County lion dance from simple folk customs,folk custom and belief,and how to find out the way of the lion dance development through market-oriented and professional instrumental rationality.At the same time,I through the field investigation of Guangxi Teng County lion dance,the elaborated Teng County Lion dances different main body’s instrumental rational behavior,folk sports seeks its own development and the realistic road with the help of instrumental rationality,"small" The development of folk sports should be instrumental rationality and value rationality complement each other,rather than unilateral to the development of instrumental rationality.Try to achieve the goal of promoting common prosperity and common development of folk sports.The study draws the following conclusions:1.Guangxi Teng County lion development steering tool rational behavior factors are: mass base is not enough,most people in order to make a living,one-sided pursuit of economic benefits,the number of migrant workers surges;social environment changes,with the rapid economic development,the original traditional lion dance development model has not adapted to the existing social environment;Proper guidance of the Government,the Government provides limited funds to assist local lion dance to set up cultural companies,correctly guide the Teng County lion dance to market-oriented tool rational behavior development,so as to seek self-sufficiency Teng County lion development and inheritance.2.The support of the government,the recognition of the masses,the connection with the school education and the necessary guarantee of the hardware conditions of the lion dance are the important factors for the smooth development of the Teng County.3.The "lion dance" of the participants in the Teng County lion dance is characterized by instrumental rationality.such as: The local government to see the development of the lion dance can improve local visibility,lion dance team through the business to obtain operational funds,through lion dance to achieve their own kind of desire,only the pursuit of benefits,do not pay attention to the connotation of the phenomenon of occasional occurrence,should correct treatment of Teng County lion dance participation,we should use instrumental rationality to help Teng County lion dance to develop and inherit the road and promote the return of value rationality of Teng County lion dance.4.The return of value rationality driven by instrumental rationality,through the reasonable operation of modern commercialization,obtains certain development funds.So that the traditional culture and skills of Teng County lion dance are not destroyed,so the government and the masses will actively protect the Teng County lion dance.To sum up,instrumental rationality is beneficial to the development of modern society,but we should pay attention to the checks and balances between instrumental rationality and value rationality and common development.It can be seen that the instrumental rational behavior of the participants in this study is based on the value rationality as the standard,the value rationality as the reference,the evaluation standard or the main criterion is only one,then whether it is conducive to the development of Lion dance in Lion County,Guangxi.It is beneficial to the development of folk sports in our country and to the improvement of the appeal of folk sports.
