The Clinical Research Of Jianpi Bushen Huayu Capsule On The Treatment Of Middle And Older Age Type 2 Diabetic Patients With Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective: Through clinical observation,study the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen Huayu capsule on the treatment of middle and older age type 2 diabetic patients with mild cognitive impairment,which is spleen and kidney deficiency and phlegm poison stasis.and the influence of serum IL-6 TNF-α,for clinical treatment of the disease in order to make the quality of life is not affected,for the family and society.Methods:Select in December 2021-2022 in Ningxia medical university affiliated Yinchuan traditional Chinese medicine hospital of endocrine inpatient or outpatient patients with type 2 diabetes mild cognitive dysfunction 92 patients,randomly divided into 3 groups with Excel table: The study and control group contain 31 cases,and the basic treatment group contains 30 case.The basic treatment group was given general basic treatment,the study group was given jianpi bushen huayu capsule and oral oracetam capsule,and the control group was given oral oracetam capsule.The observation period was 4 months,dynamic observation of 3 groups of patients:(1)Before and after treatment,pay attentation to the TCM clinical syndrome score scale;(2)(1)The blood-glucoseand before and after dinner abroud 2h before and after treatment;(2)Hb A1C;(3)whole blood viscosity(high cut);3)ELSA serological detection of inflammatory factors IL-6and TNF-α;the obtained data used SPSS25.0 for data analysis.Results:Statistics and analyze the relevant efficacy index data obtained by the institute:(1)The blood-glucoseand before and after dinner abroud 2h(FBG,2h PBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1C)FBG values were decreased,P<0.05,which was statistically significant compared with before treatment.PBG values decreased in both treatment and the basic group ’ s patients after treatment,P <0.001,statistically significant from before treatment,control group’s P> 0.05,There was no significant of PBG values before or after treatment.Hb Alc values were decreased in all groups after treatment,P<0.05 which was statistically significant than before.(2)High cut viscosity values of whole bloodBoth treatment and control patients had lower higher shear viscosity values of whole blood after treatment,which was statistically different than before treatment.and the basic group’s P> 0.05,there was no significan.(3)The IL-6 level valuesAll the three groups had reduced IL-6 levels after treatment,which was statistically significant compared with pre-treatment.And comparing IL-6 levels after treatment in the three groups of cases,using F test,P <0.05 was comparable.For further pairwise comparisons using LSD-t test,the ratio between treatment group and basic group,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.To compare the control group and the basic group,and the treatment group with control group,the result is P> 0.05,which means there was no significan.(4)The TNF-α level valuesTNF-α levels were reduced,which was statistically significant compare with pre-treatment.Comparison of TNF-α levels after treatment in the three groups of cases,using F test,P <0.05,which was statistically significant and comparable.For further pairwise comparisons using LSD-t test,to compare the treatment group and the basic group,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.To compare the control group and the basic group,and the treatment group with control group,the result is P> 0.05,which means there was no significan.(5)The TCM clinical syndrome scale score levelWhen compared with the TCM clinical syndrome scale scores of the three groups were decreased after treatment,there was statistically significant before treatment.The comparison of the TCM clinical syndrome scale scores after treatment in the three groups,tested by F test,P <0.05,which was statistically significant and comparable.For further pairwise comparisons using LSD-t test,to compare the treatment group and the basic group,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.To compare the control group and the basic group,and the treatment group with control group,the result is P> 0.05,which means there was no significan.(6)The MMSE scale score levelWhen compared with the MMSE scale scores of the three groups were raised after treatment,there was statistically significant before treatment.The comparison of the MMSE scale scores after treatment in the three groups,tested by F test,P<0.05,which was statistically significant and comparable.For further pairwise comparisons using LSD-t test,to compare the treatment group,control group and the basic group,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.To compared with the treatment group and the control group,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.(7)Safety indicatorsDuring the treatment period,the blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram were no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: The Jianpi Bushen Huayu capsule on the treatment of middle and older age type 2 diabetic patients with mild cognitive impairment,which is spleen and kidney deficiency and phlegm poison stasis.Which can effectively improve the blood-glucoseand before and after dinner abroud 2h(FBG,2h PBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1C).It can reduce the high shear viscosity value of whole blood,IL-6 level value and TNF-α level value of patients,which has good clinical efficacy and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
