| Objective To understand the nutritional risk of patients with decompensated cirrhosis after hepatitis B in our hospital, analyze the relevant risk factors,so as to find patients with nutritional risk as soon as possible, and provide theoretical basis for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of malnutrition. Methods The inpatients with decompensated liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B who had been diagnosed in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from April 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.148 cases were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and nutrition risk screening was carried out using the internationally popularized nutrition risk screening scoring table NRS2002 to understand the occurrence of nutrition risks, and general data investigation, measurement of human nutrition indicators The Child Pugh scoring standard is used for grading, and laboratory examination indicators, hospitalization status, and complications are collected through clinical medical records; To analyze the risk factors of nutritional risk in patients with decompensated cirrhosis after hepatitis B.Use SPSS 26.0 software for statistical analysis and ultimately draw relevant conclusions. Results 1.The average age of patients with decompensated cirrhosis after hepatitis B was 55.20 ± 12.110(years).There were 86 males(58.1%)and 62 females(41.9%).96patients(64.9%)had nutrition risk, and 52 patients(35.1%)had no nutrition risk; The incidence of nutritional risk is high.2.According to whether there is nutritional risk in the patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B,age, hospital stay, ascites, spontaneous peritonitis, hepatic encephalopathy,Child Pugh grade,BMI,albumin, total bilirubin, prothrombin time, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, and nutritional support showed significant effects on nutritional risk(p<0.05).3.Taking nutrition risk screening as a dependent variable, binary Logit statistics showed that ascites(OR=6.124,95% CI(1.263-29.682),p<0.05),Child Pugh grade(OR=0.066,95%CI(0.015-0290),p<0.05),BMI(OR=43.147,95% CI(4.100-454.092),p<0.05)were risk factors for nutritional risk in patients with decompensated cirrhosis after hepatitis B.Conclusion 1.The incidence of nutritional risk in patients with decompensated cirrhosis after hepatitis B was 64.9%,and the incidence of nutritional risk was high;2.Child Pugh grade,BMI and ascites are independent risk factors for nutritional risk in patients with decompensated cirrhosis after hepatitis B. |
