Objective1.Develop the tuberculosis health information literacy questionnaire for college Students.2.To investigate the literacy of college students on tuberculosis health information.3.Analyze the survey data and summarize the influencing factors.Methods1.The initial dimensions and items of the questionnaire were determined by referring to the literature on health information literacy of college students about tuberculosis.The dimensions and contents of the questionnaire were screened by expert consultation.The questionnaire was debugged through small sample test,and the preliminary draft of the questionnaire was determined.2.A pre-survey was conducted on 164 college students in a comprehensive university in Wuhan by combining paper questionnaire with questionnaire star,and the project analysis,reliability and validity test were completed and the final paper was formed.3.A self-designed questionnaire on health information literacy of tuberculosis among 1130 students in a comprehensive university in Wuhan was conducted.Results1 Through literature research,Delphi expert consultation,small sample test and questionnaire survey,the college students tuberculosis questionnaire was prepared.Based on literature research,expert consultation,small sample test and questionnaire survey,the questionnaire on health information literacy of college students with tuberculosis was analyzed,and a questionnaire with 5 dimensions and 28 items was formed.The Cronbach’s a coefficient of the general questionnaire was 0.820,and the Cronbach’s a coefficient of each factor was 0.785~0.838.The total retest reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.790,and the retest reliability coefficient of each dimension fluctuated between 0.722 and 0.826.The correlation coefficients between each dimension and the total questionnaire ranged from 0.304 to 0.659.The cumulative variance contribution rate of 5 common factors was 67.26%,the total CVI of the questionnaire was 0.90,and the CVI of each item was 0.80~1.2.The score of tuberculosis health information literacy of college students was 87.64±15.19,and the score rate was 62.60%.The scores(scoring rate)of health information acquisition ability,health information literacy awareness,health information application ability,health information morality and tuberculosis health knowledge were 25,84±5.85(64.60%),6.08±2.27(60.80%),24.69±5.95(61.73%)and 12.80±3.65(64)respectively.00%),18.23±4,85(60.77%).3.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in the scores of tuberculosis health information literacy among college students of different genders,grades,majors,family locations,patients exposed to tuberculosis,family per capita income,father’s education level,mother’s education level,whether they had been exposed to tuberculosis lectures,and patients with tuberculosis at home(P<0.05).4.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that:gender,grade,major,home location,mother’s degree of education,exposure to tuberculosis patients,whether exposure to tuberculosis lectures,and family history of tuberculosis patients into the regression equation.Conclusion1.The reliability and validity of the health information literacy of college students with tuberculosis in this study are good,which can be used as a tool to evaluate the health literacy of college students with tuberculosis.2.In this study,the overall level of health information literacy of college students with tuberculosis is low and needs to be improved.3.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that 8 variables,including gender,grade,major,family location,mother’s education level,contact with tuberculosis patients,contact with tuberculosis lectures,and family had tuberculosis patients,entered the regression equation and were the main factors affecting the health information literacy of college students with tuberculosis.
