| Objective: To treat Patients of the Primary great saphenous varicose veins(GSVV)with grade C4-C6.ALL the trunk of great saphenous vein were treated by Endovenous laser ablation(EVLA).Compare the complications and therapeutic effects of EVLA and ambulatory conservative hemodynamic management combined with foam sclerotherapy(CHIVA/FS)in the treatment of branch varicose veins. Methods: 180 Patients with C4-C6 primary GSVV hospitalized in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into EVLA group and CHIVA / FS group. The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative data of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. Results: There were no significant difference between EVLA group and CHIVA/ FS group in age, gender, basic disease, affected limb, deep venous valve function,CEAP grade, duration of disease,BMI and other basic data(P > 0.05).There were no significant difference in the length of hospital stay between the two groups. There were significant difference in operation time between EVLA group and CHIVA / FS group(75.7 ± 20.9 vs 61.2 ± 19.4 minutes),P < 0.001.There were significant differences in pain and swelling between the two groups, especially in EVLA group. There were no significant difference between the two groups in thrombophlebitis, subcutaneous induration, skin numbness, skin ecchymosis, fever, incision infection, hematoma and lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. There were significant differences in VCSS and AVVQ scores between the two groups in the one and two weeks after operation.CHIVA / FS group was better than EVLA group, and there were no significant difference in the one month and three months after operation. Conclusion: Both methods are effective means of primary GSVV.The operation time of CHIVA / FS group is shorter. At one and two weeks after operation,CHIVA /FS group has less pain and swelling and has VCSS and AVVQ scores advantages, and Patients feel more comfortable and satisfied. |
