Objective:To explore the related influencing factors of biliary abdominal pain after cholecystectomy. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of 786 patients who underwent cholecystectomy in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from September 2020 to February 2022.One year after surgery, patients were followed up to assess whether they had biliary abdominal pain. They were divided into two groups: the group with biliary abdominal pain(105 cases)and the group without biliary abdominal pain(681 cases). The clinical data between the two groups were compared, and then statistical analysis was conducted.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the occurrence of biliary abdominal pain after cholecystectomy using single factor and multiple factor analysis; The model was validated using ROC curves. Results:The incidence of biliary abdominal pain within 1 year after cholecystectomy was13.4%.Univariate analysis showed that female sex, white blood cell count, neutrophil count, percentage neutrophil,AST,total bilirubin, time of disease history, abdominal pain 24 hours before surgery, nausea, vomiting, multiple gallstones, and smoking history were significantly associated with biliary abdominal pain.Multivariate analysis confirmed that women(OR=3.084,95% CI: 1.799-5.286,P <0.001),long history of disease(OR=1.017,95% CI: 1.008-1.025,P <0.001),total bilirubin(OR=1.004,95% CI:1.003-1.006,P <0.001),and multiple gallstones(OR=8.064,95% CI: 1.065-61.080;P=0.043)was significantly associated with the occurrence of biliary abdominal pain after cholecystectomy. Conclusion:Our research shows that women,a long history of disease, total bilirubin, and multiple gallstones are risk factors for the occurrence of biliary abdominal pain after cholecystectomy. Therefore, for women with multiple gallbladder stones, early intervention should be more important to reduce the incidence of postoperative biliary abdominal pain.
