| Objective:To investigate the composition of serum 25(OH)D and the correlation between25(OH)D3levels and laboratory indexes in patients without dialysis of chronic kidney disease CKD.Methods: A total of 89 patients with CKD who attended the Department of Nephrology of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from August 1,2022 to November 31,2022 were enrolled, and their e GFR levels were divided into CKD1-2 stage,CKD3-4 and CKD5 groups, and 12healthy adults in the physical examination center were selected as the control group. General clinical data and laboratory indicators were collected, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine the levels of 25(OH)D2and 25(OH)D3,and the detection rate of 25(OH)D2and the correlation between25(OH)D3and other biochemical indexes were analyzed.Results:25(OH)D deficiency is prevalent in patients with CKD,and 25(OH)D2may be a factor influencing the diagnosis of vitamin D deficiency.25(OH)D3in the CKD group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the CKD3-5 stage gradually decreased with the progression of the disease 25(OH)D3,Spearman correlation analysis showed that regardless of healthy or CKD population, sex,Hb,and U-PRO were all associated with 25(OH)D3(P<0.05),ALB was significantly associated with 25(OH)D3level(P<0.0001),and in CKD population,Ca was significantly associated with 25(OH)D3level(P<0.0001),multiple linear regression suggests that the content of25(OH)D3is mainly influenced by ALB.Conclusions:ALB in patients with CKD is closely related to the content of 25(OH)D3,and the relationship between 25(OH)D3and glycolipid metabolism and calcium and phosphorus regulation is weak. |
