Objective:With the increase of social, family and personal pressure of contemporary women, the incidence of postpartum depression is getting higher and higher, and the degree of postpartum depression is getting more and more serious. The psychological intervention for postpartum depression is mainly based on the offline treatment of the mother herself.Binary coping interventions involve patients and their spouses as a community, which achieves better outcomes. This study aims to construct a psychological nursing intervention program based on the STM positive coping dimension with the help of Internet platform through literature review, qualitative research and expert panel discussion, and to empirically demonstrate the effect of intervention programs on postpartum depression, anxiety, dual coping level between spouses, and marital satisfaction. In order to provide a new perspective and lay a theoretical foundation for the research on postpartum depression and binary coping.Methods:1.Program construction: construct a preliminary intervention plan on the basis of literature research;Using the purpose sampling method,a qualitative study was carried out on the mothers and their spouses who attended the perinatal psychology clinic of a tertiary specialist hospital in Shanxi Province from February to May 2022,and a total of11 pairs of mothers and their spouses were interviewed in depth based on data saturation, and the intervention plan was further improved according to the results of the qualitative research. The final intervention plan is determined through expert group discussions.2.Demonstration of the scheme: Selected women and their spouses who attended the perinatal psychology clinic of a tertiary specialist hospital in Shanxi Province from June 2022 to December 2022,a total of 120 pairs of mothers and their spouses were included in the intervention, and randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given routine psychological nursing and health education, and the experimental group was given binary coping interventions based on the STM positive coping dimension for 6weeks on the basis of the control group.General information on women and their spouses were collected prior to enrollment, and assessed before the intervention,on the day of the end of the intervention, and 7 days after the end of the intervention using the PHQ-9 scale, the DCI scale, the GAD-7 scale, and the marital quality-marital satisfaction subscale.Data were analysed using statistical methods, supplemented by SPSS28.0,to assess the effects of interventions.Results:1.The qualitative study of the dual coping needs of postpartum depressed women and their spouses summarized four themes, namely the need to alleviate negative emotions, the need to overcome body image disorders, the need to obtain family support, and the need to improve marital satisfaction.2.The depression and anxiety scores of the two groups of mothers and spouses on the day of the end of the intervention and 7 days after the end of the intervention were lower than those of the control group in the same period, and the level of binary coping and marital satisfaction were higher than that of the control group in the same period, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the results of repeated measurement ANOVA showed that the scores of four different outcomes in the experimental group and the control group at three time points were statistically significant in terms of between, temporal and interaction effects(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The binary coping intervention based on the positive dimension of STM has a significant effect in reducing the degree of postpartum depression and alleviating postpartum anxiety, and the binary coping scheme in this study can be referred to in clinical work to reduce the negative emotions of maternal depression and anxiety.2.Binary coping interventions based on the positive dimension of STM can improve the level of dual coping and marital satisfaction of mothers and their spouses.
