Objective:Using IHC to manifest the expression of MCM4 and Ki67 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of patients with endometrioid adenocarcinoma(EAC).The relationship between these two indicators and age,menopause,stage,grade,depth of invasion,lymph node condition of EAC was probed meanwhile.The role of MCM4 and Ki67 in the diagnosis and progression of EAC was probed.Methods:The medical records and postoperative specimens of 80 patients with EAC who underwent staging surgery for endometrial cancer in our hospital from October 2020 to January 2023 were gathered.The expression of MCM4 and Ki67 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was displayed by IHC.The experiment indagated the relationship between clinical features of EAC and expression of MCM4 and Ki67.Results:1.The positive staining of MCM4 and Ki67 was localized in the nucleus.2.The high expression of MCM4 and Ki67 accounted for 71.25 % and 68.75 %in EAC,while 13.75 % and 11.25 % in adjacent tissues,respectively.The differences between these two markers in cancer and normal tissues were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The expression of MCM4 and Ki67 in EAC tissues was related to FIGO stage and histological grade,in addition,the expression of MCM4 in EAC tissues was related to the depth of myometrial invasion(P<0.05).Neither the expression of MCM4 and Ki67 was related to patients’ age,menopause or lymph node condition(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of MCM4 and Ki67 in EAC was stronger than that in adjacent tissues,indicating that the expression of MCM4 and Ki67 was related to the occurrence of EAC.MCM4 could be used as a new tumor biomarker.2.The expression of MCM4 in EAC is related to FIGO stage,histological grade and depth of myometrial invasion.The expression of Ki67 in EAC is related to FIGO stage and histological grade.The consequences indicated that they are related to the progression and malignancy of EAC.The detection of MCM4 and Ki67 expression in EAC tissues can provide some guidance for the evaluation of EAC patients.3.The expression of MCM4 and Ki67 in EAC was not related to age,menopause and lymph node condition(P>0.05).4.The expression of MCM4 and Ki67 in EAC tissues may have a synergistic relationship,both of which promote the progress of EAC.The regulation of cell proliferation may be related to the occurrence and deterioration of tumors.
