Study On Qi Based Health Preservation In Yunjiqiqian

Objective:Qi method is a unique Chinese traditional health technology,which is based on the regulation of breathing,through the orderly vomiting of the old and new,to remove the body’s dirty qi,regulate the body’s metabolism,so as to achieve the purpose of health care and treatment.By systematically combing the qi method data of Yunjiqiqian,the theoretical basis,practical methods and the application of Qi method in maintaining health are discussed,which can provide reference for Qi method in contemporary medical treatment and health care.Methods:1.Ontology research methodOntology is a form of knowledge presentation,including concept and relation,which is easy to be managed and analyzed by computer.The text of Yunjiqiqian is numbered successively according to chapters,paragraphs and sentences,and imported into the Access database.Each sentence is divided into human words,terms related to Yunjiqiqian are extracted,and the terms are standardized.The connotation of terms is defined according to the Chinese Taoist Dictionary,Taoist Dictionary and Qigong Dictionary.Form the concept set of " Yunjiqiqian " Qi method to keep healthy.The relation among concepts includes classification relation and correlation relation,classification relation according to the characteristics of the concept of Qi method to establish the multi-level classification of the concept of Qi method to maintain health;Relational relation refers to the content relation between concepts,which is constructed by the content relation of the same concept in different passages,paragraphs and sentences.Based on the concepts and relationships,the ontology knowledge base of the Yunjiqiqian is constructed.2.Statistical analysisFrequency statistics were used and data analysis was performed on SAS9.4 platform.Results:There are 2,149 sentences in the book of Yunjiqiqian,and 2,446non-repetitive concepts.Involving books,nature,Qi,matter,people,body parts,body feelings,body structure,consciousness,preparation,operation,function,medicine,diet,precautions,diseases,ghosts and gods and so on 17 categories.(1)The main concepts in the literature on Qi health preservation of Yunjiqiqian are successively(frequency ≥20 times,frequency in brackets): Gas(371),heart(135),pharynx(134),qi(118),convinced(97),five(74),interest rates(53),food(52),kidney(47),liver(44),jing(44),save(43),fetal rate(42),lung(42),spleen(40)and die(39),immortality(38),qi(36),irritable(34),abdomen(33),Italy(31),nose(31),her breath(30),air sea(28),mouth(27),air(26),(22),travelling(21),more(21),(21),drinking(20),abdominal fluid(20).(2)the gas in the concept of frequency(frequency greater than or equal to 10 and frequency are shown in brackets): gas(371),qi(118),Qi(18),gas(18),five gas(16),sun be the spirit(15),in(14),Yin qi(13),(13)of vital qi,qi(10).(3)The concepts related to body structure are successively(frequency greater than or equal to 10,frequency in brackets): Heart(135),five(74),kidney(47),liver(44),lung(42),spleen(40),intestinal(34),nose(31),qi hai(28),mouth(27),abdomen(21),stomach(18),limbs(16)and(14)of the viscera,the drawing-board umbilical(11),(13),which the xuan(11),brain(10),head(10).(4)The related concepts of qi method operation are successively(frequency greater than or equal to 20,frequency in brackets): pharynx(134),qi-taking(97),breath(53),retention(43),fetal breath(42),pharynx(39),Qi-moving(36),meaning(31),qi-holding(30),breath(22),and formula(21).(5)The concepts related to the function of Qi method are successively(frequency greater than or equal to 5,frequency in parentheses):Changsheng(38),spirit(13),Yu(11),all diseases to go(9),inner vision(8),form(7),Changchang(5),Changsheng long vision(5),circulation(5),Xuanyuan(5).Conclusion:This paper takes the Qi health preservation technique of Yunjiqiqian as the research object,and builds the ontology knowledge base of Qi health preservation,through which the knowledge system of Qi health preservation can be systematically and three-dimensional understood.Based on the ontology knowledge base,this paper analyzes the core concepts of Qi health preservation in Yunjiqiqian,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Qi health preservation attaches importance to the interpretation of Qi related concepts,especially the role of Qi theory in Qi health preservation;(2)Qi health care attaches importance to the conditioning effect of the heart,kidney,liver,lung,spleen,intestine and other viscera;(3)Qi-method operation pays attention to the process of taking in qi,regulating breath,eating qi,preserving qi,fetal breathing,pharyngeal qi,performing qi,thinking and holding qi;(4)The main function of Qi method for health preservation is reflected in the effect of spiritual protection,natural longevity and eliminating all diseases.
