Diagnosis And Treatment From Six Classics Mechanisms Of Amenorrhoea

Objective: to analyze the application of syndrome differentiation of six meridians in gynecological amenorrhea from two aspects of syndrome differentiation thought and treatment method through studying the syndrome differentiation system of treatise on febrile diseases,to supplement the deficiency of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs in the application of amenorrhea,to interpret the gynecological treatment thought embodied in treatise on febrile diseases from another angle,and to guide the clinical treatment of amenorrhea in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: the full text is divided into two parts.The first part is the theoretical background,and mainly adopts the literature research.This paper analyzes the different academic views of each school on the six classics in treatise on Febrile Diseases,and sums up the main dialectical ideas.The second part is the theoretical research,which brings the various types of amenorrhea into the frame of syndrome differentiation of six meridians,and analyzes the causes,pathogenesis and channel tropism of amenorrhea by combining the points of pulse,syndrome,prescription and medicine,and supported by medical records.Results: the six meridians of amenorrhea were divided into single meridians and multiple meridians.The six meridians in single meridians were different.If the solar meridians were caused by cold pathogen,they would move the water inside and freeze the meridians,if it is a heat pathogen,it is easy to get involved in the blood in the blood chamber and cause amenorrhea,if Yangming meridian qi is not smooth caused by blood can not be distributed,there will be amenorrhea.If the body is yin-deficient and the stomach burns and the body consumes blood,or if the blood is hot and burned,the amenorrhea caused by the Shaoyang Meridian is rare in clinic,and it is mostly caused by the same disease of the sun and the Shaoyang and the Shaoyang and the Shaoyin,and the Shaoyang and the jueyin,however,the treatment of taiyin meridian can still “Resolve it from Shaoyang”,the lung in Taiyin meridian fails to descend,the Qi can not pass,the lung qi is weak,unable to transport the cloth,the water can not transport the blood stasis,the foot meridian transport dereliction of duty leads to wet polyester coagulation,the cell vein is blocked,yingwei can not open,the sea of blood is empty,spleen qi deficiency,blood can not live,blood deficiency can lead to amenorrhea;Heart Yin deficiency can be to amenorrhea.Deficiency of kidney-qi,then Tiangui insufficient,and then any impassability,flush is not in full bloom.Or deficiency of kidney-yang,cold coagulation of the uterus can be closed,at the same time,Shaoyin by the heart,the relationship between the kidney affect women’s menstruation,the uterus and heart and kidney linked together and by the heart and kidney together.If the heart and kidney do not cross,uterine dysfunction,it can lead to a variety of gynecological diseases including amenorrhea,jueyin meridian of the liver xitiaoda,if qi stagnation and blood stasis and amenorrhea.Or liver blood deficiency,pulse failure of the Sea of blood can not be full on time,no blood following amenorrhea.Or it could be that anger and happiness do not control the liver,but also diet does not control the internal dampness and turbidity,dampness accumulation turns heat into stagnation in the middle jiao,the liver loses the flow of qi,Qi stagnation turns fire,burns the liver-yin,and affects the function of storing blood,which in turn affects the regulation and filling of the chong-ren Sea of blood,causes amenorrhea.Conclusion:(1)the syndrome differentiation of six meridians of amenorrhea is mainly single meridians disease,then two meridians combined disease,three meridians combined disease is less common,single meridians disease is more common in sanyin meridians,three yang meridians is less common,(2)amenorrhea of Sanyan Meridians is more exogenous;The amenorrhea of the three yin meridians is mostly internal injury,which can be subdivided into deficiency,excess,exterior,interior,cold and heat in each meridians,(3)the syndrome of multiple meridians combined with yin meridians is the most common,followed by yin meridians combined with Yang Meridians combined with Yin Meridians,the late amenorrhea of the Taiyang Meridian and Yangming meridian can affect the yin meridian system through changes,and the Yang Meridian syndrome is less.
