| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of sacubitril valsartan(LCZ6 9 6)in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with hypertension after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 1 2 4 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with hypertension after PCI in 2 4 hours from October 2 0 2 0 to April 2 0 2 2 in Wuhan sixth Hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random principle.6 4 cases were treated with maximum tolerable dose of LCZ6 9 6 as the study group,while 6 0 cases were treated with valsartan as the control group,with a followed-up for 2 6 weeks.The changes in left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal pro-Btype natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),mean systolic blood pressure(SBP),mean diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and mean heart rate,and the rates of adverse cardiovascular events and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results(1)LVEDD,NT-Pro BNP,mean SBP and DBP significantly decreased and LVEF significantly increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.0 5 for all comparisons);(2)LVEDD,NT-Pro BNP and mean SBP were significantly lower and LVEF was evidently higher in the study group than in the control group after treatment(P< 0.0 5 for all comparisons).(3)There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and major cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05 for all comparisons).Conclusion LCZ6 9 6 is superior to valsartan in improving l eft ventricular remodeling,protecting cardiac function and reducing SBP in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with hypertension after PCI. |
