| Objective:This study aims to propose new ideas for the prediction and treatment of liver injury in Shihezi area by measuring the level of FDP and the correlation between the level of FDP and serum transaminases in liver injury.Method:Using the prospective cohort study method,120 patients admitted and diagnosed with abdominal closure injury from February 2017 to October 2022 were selected as the emergency surgery and general surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University and the Eighth Division People’s Hospital.It was divided into hepatic injury group and non-liver injury group.There were 60 patients in each group.The study group and the control group were collected and recorded separately.The general data of patients showed that the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),and international normalized ratio(INR)and fibrin degradation products(FDP),serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)and other values.To study the correlation between FDP value and the occurrence of liver injury and the significance of FDP level change in liver injury grade.and the correlation between coagulation indexes and serum aminotransferases in different grades of liver injury.and the correlation between coagulation indexes and serum aminotransferases in different grades of liver injury.Results:There were 60 patients in the liver injury group and 60 patients in the liver injury group.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P >0.05),and the fibrin degradation products(FDP)in the liver injury group were significantly increased(P <0.01)in the liver injury group.Through the ROC curve,the results show that the area under the FDP content curve is 0.854(P <0.001),sensitivity is0.967,specificity is 0.767,and the critical value is 8.374,and the area under the curve is greater than 0.7,which can be used as an index for predicting liver injury.The PTA,PT,INR,APTT,TT,FIB,AT-III and FDP of the two groups were statistically analyzed by rank sum test,and the results showed that the contents of PTA,PT,FIB and FDP were statistically significant between the two groups(P <0.05).The results showed that the contents of ALT,AST and GGT in the two groups were statistically analyzed by rank sum test,and the results showed that the contents of ALT and AST were distributed statistically differently between the patients(P <0.05),and the ALT and AST in the liver injury group were higher than those in the non-injury group.There was no clear difference in GGT between the two groups(P >0.05).The correlation between patients’ coagulation indexes and AST and AST was statistically analyzed,and the results showed that APTT,INR,APTT and FDP were positively correlated with AST and ALT(P <0.01),and FIB was negatively correlated with ALT and AST content(P <0.05).Conclusion:The FDP value in the liver injury group was significantly higher than that in the liver injury group(P <0.05).When FDP levels exceed 8.374 mg/L,liver damage is considered;The change of FDP level was positively correlated with ALT and AST. |
