Clinical Observation Of Zishen Tiaogan Decoction Combined With Auricular-plaster In The Treatment Of Premenopausal And Postmenopausal Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objection:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Tiaogan Decoction combined with Auricular-plaster in the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression.To explore the effect of Zishen Tiaogan Decoction combined with Auricular-plaster on the improvement of clinical symptoms and the change of serum sex hormone level in patients,and to compare the therapeutic effect of taking Zishen Tiaogan Decoction orally alone,in order to provide new Traditional Chinese medicine treatment ideas and clinical basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods:72 patients with premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression were randomly divided into treatment group（Zishen Tiaogan Decoction combined with Auricular-plaster）36 cases and control group（Zishen Tiaogan Decoction only）36 cases.After three consecutive courses of treatment,the changes in the scores of TCM syndromes,modified Kupperman scale,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）and serum sex hormone level of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:（1）The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%,P<0.05,indicating that both treatment methods can improve the TCM syndrome of patients with premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression,and the treatment group is better than the control group;（2）In the intra-group comparison,except frequent urination and urgency（P>0.05）,the scores of other TCM syndromes after treatment decreased（P<0.05）,indicating that the two treatment methods improved the other TCM syndromes except frequent urination and urgency;（3）Inter-group comparison showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving hot sweating,irritability,depression,dizziness or headache,insomnia,dreaminess and skin itching（P<0.05）.2.Modified Kupperman score:（1）The total effective rate of the treatment group was85.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%,P<0.05,indicating that the two treatment methods were effective in the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression,and the treatment group was superior to the control group;（2）Intra-group comparison showed that there was no difference in the comparison of urinary infection before and after treatment in the treatment group（P>0.05）,and the difference in the comparison of other symptoms was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no difference in the comparison of sensory abnormalities and urinary infection scores in the control group before and after treatment（P>0.05）,and the difference in the comparison of other symptoms was statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group could improve other clinical symptoms except urinary infection,and the control group could improve the clinical symptoms except sensory abnormalities Other clinical symptoms except urinary infection;（3）Inter-group comparison showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving hot flashes,sweating,irritability,sensory abnormalities,insomnia,dizziness,headache,depression,suspicion and skin ant sensation（P<0.05）.3.Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）score:After treatment,the SAS score of both groups decreased,and the effect of relieving anxiety symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.（P<0.05 for intra-group and inter-group comparisons）.4.FSH,LH and E₂ levels:After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in both groups decreased,and the level of E₂ increased,indicating that the treatment of both groups can improve FSH,LH and E₂,and the treatment group has better effect（P<0.05 for intra-group and inter-group comparisons）.Conclusion:1.Zishen Tiaogan Decoction combined with Auricular-plaster can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of pre-menopausal and post-menopausal patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,significantly relieve the anxiety symptoms of patients,and reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,improved Kupperman score and SAS score.2.Zishen Tiaogan Decoction combined with Auricular-plaster can effectively improve the levels of FSH,LH and E₂ in pre-menopausal and post-menopausal patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression.3.There is no adverse reaction in the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression with Zishen Tiaogan Decoction combined with Auricular-plaster,which is safe and effective.
