| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods 66 patients with NAFLD admitted from December,2021 to October,2022 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and study group(33 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the research group were treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The patients in the two groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The TCM symptom scores,serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),triacylglycerol(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were observed.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was statistically significant(x~2=11.52,P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function related indexes of patients in the study group and the control group were significantly improved,with a statistically significant difference compared with the same group before treatment P<0.05);At the same time,AST,ALT,GGT and TG in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);There were 0 cases of hypoglycemia,0 cases of headache and 0cases of nausea in the study group,and 0 cases of hypoglycemia,2 cases of headache and 2cases of nausea in the control group.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group(0 cases,0%)was significantly different from that in the control group(4cases,12.12%)(x~2=10.455,P=0.001),and all adverse reactions of the patient were alleviated after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of NAFLD of liver depression and spleen deficiency,can significantly reduce clinical symptoms,improve liver function and blood lipid levels,and is safe. |
