ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of combination of three-dimensional reconstruction and Hook-wire positioning technology in the operation of small pulmonary nodules, and to improve the success rate of lung nodule localization.MethodsInpatients who had undergone surgical treatment for pulmonary nodules in Jingzhou Central Hospital from November 2020 to July 2022 were chosen as the research objects for this study.A case-control study was executed.Patients were chosen based on established inclusion/exclusion criteria.A total of 88 patients were included and divided into two groups based on preoperation positioning methods: a study group(24)and a control group(64).The patients’ pulmonary nodules in the control group were located via Hook-wire positioning technology only while the study group were located by Hook-wire combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technology. The success rate of wedge resection of nodules, time for wedge resection, intraoperative diagnostic time and intraoperative/postoperative observation indexes between two groups were compared using T test or chi-square test.ResultsThe operation time of wedge resection and intraoperative diagnosis in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the Hook-wire positioning group(P<0.05);For post-operation parameters, compared with Hook-wire positioning group, patients in the combined group had less postoperative thoracic drainage flow, shorter postoperative extubation days and shorter postoperative hospitalization days(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the success rate and complication rate of thoracoscopic wedge resection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Hook-wire and three-dimensional reconstruction can be employed to precisely pinpoint the pulmonary nodules, providing a more lucid and precise view of the minor nodules, and aiding the physician in devising the surgical plan.By doing so,the surgical hazard is minimized. In the case of Hook-wire localization failure,three-dimensional reconstruction can play a role in auxiliary localization,it can make the operation of pulmonary nodules more accurate and avoid enlarged resection or even missed diagnosis. The operation is straightforward and easy to use,and its clinical usefulness is excellent.2.The combination of three-dimensional reconstruction and Hook-wire positioning technology can accurately locate the lesion on the isolated specimen quickly and accurately, shorten the time required for diagnosis during operation, and thus shorten the total operation time. |
