Objective:To observe the efficacy of different treatments in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP),and to explore the improvement of lumbar dysfunction index, pain degree, lung function and diaphragm function in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP)before and after treatment,so as to provide a basis for clinical treatment. Methods:The 46 patients included in the research group were randomly divided into two groups: the control group received routine electroacupuncture treatment,5 days a week, once a day for 4 weeks; In the experimental group, breathing training was added to routine electroacupuncture therapy,5 days a week, twice a day for 4 weeks. The short form Mc Gill pain Questionnaire 2(SF-MPQ-2)and modified Oswestry disability index(ODI)were observed before and after treatment.Indicators such as lung function, thoracic dilation, right diaphragm thickness, thickening rate and mobility under ultrasound were measured before and after treatment, and efficacy grades were conducted according to patient scores to compare the total effective rate of the two groups of treatment schemes, and the above results were analyzed.Results:1.A total of 54 cases were expected, enrolled in this study, the actual sample size was 46 enrolled in this study,2 cases were dropped in the experimental group,4 cases were dropped in the control group, and a total of 40 cases were collected in accordance with the protocol.2.There were no statistically significant proportions in terms of sex, age,BMI,and baseline data of body weight in the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05)3.After 4 weeks of intervention, patients with chronic non-specific low back pain had different degrees of efficacy, the healing rate of the experimental group was 25%,the apparent efficiency was 65%,the improvement rate was 10%,the recovery rate of the control group was 5%,the apparent efficiency was 50%,and the improvement rate was 45%,and the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Intragroup comparison: After intervention,SF-MPQ-2 and ODI scores of experimental groups were decreased compared with those before treatment.Compared with before intervention, lung function(FVC,FEV1,PEF),thoracic expansion and right diaphragm movement(maximum inspiratory position)of experimental groups were improved, all meeting the requirements of P < 0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.5.Intergroup comparison: the scores of SF-MPQ-2 and ODI in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the lung function(FVC,FEV1 and PEF),thoracic expansion and right diaphragm movement(maximum inspiratory position)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, all meeting P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant, and the respiratory training combined with electroacupuncture group had a better effect;Conclusion:1.Through 4 weeks of intervention, respiratory training combined with electroacupuncture compared with conventional electroacupuncture can reduce pain and improve lumbar dysfunction in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain, which is effective in both groups, but the respiratory training combined with electroacupuncture group has a better effect;2.Breathing training can help improve respiratory function, thoracic expansion and diaphragm mobility in the maximum inspiratory position of chronic non-specific low back pain.
