| Objective:Through the observation and comparison of preoperative and postoperative ocular surface function indexes of patients with wet age-related macular degenerationw(AMD)who received intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs,the influence of alcycept injection on various ocular surface functions of w AMD patients was explored.Methods:A total of 30 patients diagnosed with w AMD in our hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were enrolled.The diseased eye was in the experimental group(30 cases)and the contralateral eye was in the control group(30 cases).The experimental group received three times of intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs,the control group did not take any treatment.Ocular surface disease index(OSDI),Tear Meniscus Height(TMH),Non-Invasive Tear break up time(first),NIBUTf),Non-Invasive Tear break up time(average),NIBUTav),Schirmer I test(SIt)and other relevant ocular surface indicators were observed before treatment,1 month after first treatment,and 1 month after third treatment.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data,and the changes of the above indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,so as to evaluate the effects of intravitreal injection of Af Liberceptl on the ocular surface function of patients with w AMD.Resuit:The comparison of three measurement time points for OSDI showed that the OSDI 1 month after the first surgery was higher than that before surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).OSDI 1 month after the third surgery was higher than that before surgery and 1 month after the first surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of TMH,NIBUTf,NIBUTav and SIt in the experimental group showed that TMH,NIBUTf,NIBUTav and SIt 1 month after the first surgery were lower than those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TMH,NIBUTf,NIBUTav and SIt 1 month after the third surgery were lower than those before surgery and 1 month after the first surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in the three measurement time points of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions: Intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration will damage the ocular surface function of patients,and with the increase of injection times,it will aggravate the degree of ocular surface function injury. |
