Objective: Through the analysis of clinical data of serrated adenoma and conventional adenoma and other related risk factors,to provide the basis for screening high risk groups. Methods: Patient selection was for patients diagnosed with colorectal adenoma during hospitalization between January 1,2020 and June 30,2022.The data needed for the research are intact. The risk factors and clinicopathologic features of conventional and serrated adenomas were further analyzed. Results: 1.Compared with the normal control group,gender(female)(OR=0.555,95%CI: 0.328,0.939,P < 0.05)was the protective factors for the occurrence of traditional adenoma.Age(OR=1.052,95%CI:1.028,1.077,P < 0.05);Smoking history(OR=2.029,95%CI: 1.208,3.410,P < 0.05);BMI(OR=1.084,95%CI: 1.028,1.146,P < 0.05);Fatty liver(OR=1.579,95%CI: 1.053,2.369,P < 0.05)was a risk factor for conventional adenoma, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Serrated adenoma without pedicle was compared with normal control group: age(OR=1.083,95%CI: 1.045,1.122,P < 0.05);Gastric polyp(OR=2.736,95%CI: 1.467,5.102,P < 0.05)was a risk factor for the development of patients with serrated adenoma, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Compared with patients with conventional adenoma and serrated adenoma without dessile: Age was more closely related to the occurrence of serrated serrated adenoma than conventional adenoma(OR=1.038,95%CI: 1.002 ~ 1.076,P < 0.05);4.There were statistical differences in the location, size and number of adenomas between sessile serrated adenomas and conventional adenomas(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Male,age,smoking history, high BMI,fatty liver and high HBA1 c are risk factors for conventional adenoma,2.Age and gastric polyp are risk factors for the development of sessile serrated adenoma.3.The relationship between age and the development of sessile serrated adenoma was more close than that of conventional adenoma;4.There were statistical differences in the location, size and number of adenomas between sessile serrated adenomas and conventional adenomas.
