| Obj ective:To explore the clinical treatment of sepsis-associated cardiac dysfunction of the qi deficiency,toxicity and heat type by using the method of benefiting qi,activating blood and detoxifying blood,and to objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy,degree of improvement of cardiac function indexes,safety and adverse effects,so as to provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of sepsis-associated cardiac dysfunction of the qi deficiency,toxicity and heat type by combining Chinese and Western medicine..Methods:A total of 60 inpatients who met the inclusion criteria for this study were collected from December 2019 to December 2022 from the Department of Intensive Care Medicine,The First Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine as study subjects.The 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic Western medical treatment,including fluid resuscitation,antibiotics,vasoactive drugs,etc.The treatment group was given Chinese herbal soup treatment with the formula of Beneficial Qi,Invigorating Blood and Detoxification on top of the basic Western medical treatment for 7 days.Changes in cardiac function-related indexes(NT-proBNP,LVEF,CO),as well as APACHE Ⅱ score,SOFA score,TCM evidence score,TCM evidence efficacy,duration of ICU stay in both groups,liver function and kidney function before and after treatment were recorded in each group.Results:1.After treatment,LVEF and NT-proBNP were significantly better than those before treatment in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.The improvement of APACHE Ⅱ score,SOFA score,TCM evidence score and TCM evidence efficacy in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The duration of ICU stay in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The AST,ALT and SCr values of patients in both groups improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Benefiting Qi,invigorating Blood,and detoxifying method of Chinese herbal soup can improve the cardiac function-related indexes of sepsis-related cardiac dysfunction in Qi deficiency and toxicity-heat type.2.Benefiting Qi,invigorating Blood,and detoxifying method of Chinese herbal soup can reduce the APACHE Ⅱ score,SOFA score,and TCM evidence score in patients with sepsis-related cardiac dysfunction of Qi deficiency and toxicity heat type.3.Benefiting Qi,invigorating Blood and detoxifying the toxin method herbal soup can shorten the hospitalization time of patients with sepsis-related cardiac dysfunction of Qi deficiency and toxin heat type.4.The safety of the herbal soup of Beneficial Qi,Invigorating Blood and Detoxifying Method was good,with no significant adverse conditions. |
