| Objective:To compare the general clinical index of PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome and non-phlegm-dampness synd-rome under different HCY levels, and the correlation between AIP index and clinical indexes in patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome,so as to provide basis for evaluating the long-term cardiovascular risk of PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome and clinical guidance.Methods:508 PCOS patients diagnosed with complete and effective information in the gynecology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.Firstly, they were divided into phlegmdampness syndrome group(n=264)and non-phlegm-damp ness syndrome group(n=244).According to the diagnostic criteria of abnormal elevation of HCY,the patients in the two groups were divided into normal serum HCY group(group A),slightly elevated serum HCY group(group B),moderate elevated serum HCY group(group C)and severe elevated serum HCY group(group D).The differences of the indexes of the four groups and the correlation between AIP index and each index were analyzed retrospectively.Results:1.Among the 508 patients with PCOS included in this study,124patients with phlegm-dampness type PCO had normal HCY and 140patients with elevated HCY(53.03%);in patients with non-phlegm-dampness type PCOS,there were 156patients with normal HCY and 88 patients with elevated HCY(36.07%).The distribution of HCY levels in each group was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Among the PCOS patients with phlegm-damp ness syndrome, there were significant differences among the four groups in age,FPG,FINS,TC,AIP and HOMA-IR(P<0.05).Among them, the levels of FPG,FINS and AIP in group D were higher than those in group An and group B,and the levels of ApoB and HOMA-IR in group D were higher than those in group A,group B and group C,and the level of TC in group D was higher than that in group A and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hirsute score, acne score, age at menarche,WHR,body mass,BMI,SBP,DBP,WC,HC,sex hormone level,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA and lipoprotein among the four groups(P>0.05).3.Among the PCOS patients with non-phlegm-dampness syndrome(P<0.05),there were significant differences in the levels of BMI and T among the four groups.Among them, the levels of BMI and T in group D were higher than those in group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hirsute score, acne score, age at menarche,WHR,body mass,age,SBP,DBP,WC,HC,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,E2,PRL,DHEAS,AN,SHBG,FPG,FINS,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA,ApoB,HOMA-IR and lipoprotein levels among the four groups(P>0.05).4.Correlation analysis shows that:In patients with phlegm-dampness type of PCOS,AIP Index with Age、SBP、DBP、WC、FINS、body mass、BMI、WHR、HC、TG、TC、LDL-C、ApoB、HCY has significant positive correlation(P<0.05),and has negatively correlated with E2 and HDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of HHCY in PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome is higher than that in PCOS patients with non-phlegm-dampness syndrome.2.There were significant differences in glucose and lipid metabolism index and AIP index in PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome under different HCY levels. The disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome was more obvious than that in PCOS patients with non-phlegm-dampness syndrome at different HCY levels.3.There was correlation between HCY level and AIP index. The two can be combined as early predictors of cardiovascular risk in PCOS. |
