Objective:NM-MRI was used to obtain the CNR and area in the substantia nigra of the brain in different groups, and the differences and changes of CNR and area in the substantia nigra were evaluated among different groups. Methods:The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University collected 32 cases in the PD group who passed the clinical diagnostic criteria of Parkinson ’s disease and were evaluated by neurology expert, and 30 cases non-Parkinson’s disease patients matched by age and sex in the same period were selected as healthy control groups, and all subjects were subjected to 3.0T Philips, the midbrain substantia nigra area and signal were measured according to NM-MRI images, and further calculated the CNR in different positions and area.1.Compare the CNR of 32 patients with PD with 30 healthy control groups.2.According to the H-Y stages, divided the PD patients into three groups:the early group, the middle stage, the late group,CNR and area were compared between the three groups.3.According to the clinical assessment of the severely affected side, the patients with unilateral involvement were divided into the left severely affected group and the right-sided severe affected group, the left and the right side of CNR were compared between the two groups.4.According to the UPDRS II and III scores divided the PD patients into different subtypes,Compare the area and CNR of different subtypes in substantia nigra.Results:l.NM-MRI scanning showed that PD patients had a decrease in substantia nigra area and CNR compared with the control group, and the difference in area and outside of CNR and control group was statistically significant(all P<0.05).2.In patients with PD of different stages, the inner side of the CNR was higher than the outside of the CNR in all patients with different stages, and there were differences in the inner side of the middle and late stage of CNR and the outside of the CNR,which were statistically significant P<0.05.3.The contralateral CNR of the severe limb involvement was slightly lower, and the difference was not statistically significant.4.The difference in CNR and area between different subtypes TD and PIGD was not statistically significant.Conclusion:NM-MRI scanning technology can distinguish healthy people from PD patients, and the substantia nigra area and CNR of PD population are lower than those of healthy control population. In the middle and late stages of PD,the contrasting signal-to-noise ratio of the outer side of the double substantia nigra was further reduced.
