| Objective: Development and internal validation of a nomogram to predict postoperative survival in patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Methods:From January 2008 to December 2018,according to the cancer database of the cancer hospital affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University, the clinical data of 449 patients with renal clear cell carcinoma who underwent partial and radical nephrectomy were studied retrospectively.According to the ratio of 7:3,the training set and the verification set were divided, and the Nomogram was established by LASSO regression analysis.Consistency index(CI),calibration chart and decision curve analysis(DCA)were used to evaluate the value of the model. Results: In this study, the Nomogram prediction model of mesonephric clear cell carcinoma included six factors: lymphocyte ratio(NLR),Fibrinogen(FBG),Albumin(Alb),TNM stage,N stage and M stage. The consistency index of Nomogram was 0.89(95% CI0.85-0.93),which was greater than 0.75,indicating a good discrimination degree. The calibration plots at 1,3,5 years after surgery showed that the model performed well, and the DCA clinical decision curve also showed that the model had good clinical benefit. Conclusion: The predictive model established in this study can effectively predict 1,3,5-year survival of patients with renal clear cell carcinoma(ccRCC),and can be used for patient counseling and clinical trial design, and make effective follow-up strategy for patients. |
