Objectives(1)To investigate the willingness and behavior of community hypertension patients in Hangzhou regarding the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension(DASH)diet;(2)Establish a structural equation model of DASH dietary pattern behavioral willingness among community hypertensive population, and analyze the relationship between various latent variables and behavior;(3)Through the mesomeric effect test, analyze whether the willingness of hypertension patients to establish a DASH diet pattern has a mediation role in each path.Methods(1)Through literature analysis,we learned about the influencing factors of hypertension patients’ blood pressure and the content of DASH diet management, screened the influencing factors affecting the establishment of DASH diet habits, put forward research hypotheses, established a conceptual model of influencing factors of DASH diet patterns for hypertension patients in communities, and developed a questionnaire on influencing factors of DASH diet behaviors based on the theory of planned behavior proposed by Ajzen, combined with the theory of planned behavior A self-made scale was developed based on the theory of knowledge, belief, and behavior, and a health belief model to collect information on variables such as willingness and behavior of DASH dietary habits in hypertensive individuals;(2)The reliability of the questionnaire was measured using the Cronbach coefficient, and the validity of the questionnaire was measured using factor loading, combined validity, and mean variance extraction.(3)Establish a structural equation model using AMOS 22.0 to explore the relationship between latent variables, especially with DASH dietary willingness and behavior.Conduct fitness testing on the DASH dietary pattern behavioral intention structural equation model, propose hypothesis testing on whether the DASH dietary influencing factors have an impact on intention and behavior, and calculate standardized path coefficient numerical validation hypothesis testing.(4)SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the basic demography characteristics of the sample, and descriptive analysis was conducted on the community hypertension patients through the sample composition ratio method.(5)According to the results of causal stepwise regression test and Bootstrap method, analyze whether the willingness of hypertension patients to establish DASH eating habits plays a mesomeric effect in the model.Results(1)A total of 950 questionnaires were distributed,900 were collected, invalid questionnaires were screened out,and 894 valid questionnaires were ultimately obtained;(2)Cronbach’s α The coefficients and CITC values meet the requirements with good consistency, and the reliability of the questionnaire is extremely high.(3)This article measures the validity of the questionnaire through factor loading,Composite Reliability(CR),and Average Variance Extracted(AVE).All items of the questionnaire meet the convergence validity standard and have high convergence validity. All correlation coefficients are less than the square root of AVE,indicating high discriminant validity.(4)Analysis of residents’ DASH dietary behavior: Hypertensive residents adhere to a DASH diet for 181 days or more(with a Likert 5 score of more than 3)within a year, adhere to a DASH dietary pattern for a maximum of 46 days or more(with a Likert 5score of more than 3)without interruption, and adhere to a DASH dietary pattern for 3years or more(with a Likert 5 score of more than 3)since the onset of the disease(including interruption time),accounting for respectively 36%,36.5%,36.4%.Analysis of residents’ DASH dietary willingness: The proportion of hypertensive residents who wish to change their unhealthy lifestyle habits, are willing to recommend DASH dietary habits to surrounding people, and are willing to deeply learn DASH dietary patterns(consistent and fully consistent)are 44%,41.5%,and 42.8%,respectively.(5)Using the maximum likelihood test, the hypothesis test results showed that except for the effect of perceptual behavioral control on behavior, which was not significant(P>0.05),all other influencing factors had a significant impact on intention and behavior(P<0.05).Except for the positive effect of perceptual behavioral control on behavior, all other hypotheses were acceptable.(6)The mesomeric effect test was conducted using the causal stepwise regression test and Bootstrap method. The cognition of hypertension patients to the DASH diet pattern, their willingness to establish the DASH diet habit path, their attitude to the DASH diet to their willingness to establish the DASH diet habit path, their subjective norms to their willingness to establish the DASH diet habit path The confidence interval of the indirect effect of hypertension patients on the path from DASH diet perception behavior control to willingness to establish DASH diet behavior habit does not contain 0,and the mesomeric effect always existsConclusions(1)Through investigation,it was found that hypertension patients have a high level of awareness of DASH diet, but their willingness to eat, frequency of behavior, and duration of DASH are at a lower level.(2)The cognition, attitude, subjective norms, and willingness of hypertensive patients towards DASH diet have a positive impact on their behavior.(3)In the regression analysis of the path from cognition, attitude, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control to willingness to behavior in establishing a DASH dietary model in hypertensive patients, willingness plays a mediating role.
