Objective:To detect the level of serum antidiuretic hormone(ADH)in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with ascites and those with refractory ascites,so as to determine whether there is a correlation between the level of ADH in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with refractory ascites. Methods:The patients with cirrhosis and ascites admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 1,2022 to August 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects. The case group was the patients who met the diagnostic criteria for cirrhosis and refractory ascites, and the control group was the patients with cirrhosis and ascites(non refractory ascites). All patients should have imaging findings. There were31 cases in the case group that met the inclusion criteria and 32 cases in the control group that met the inclusion criteria.Detect the levels of serum antidiuretic hormone, potassium ion, sodium ion and albumin in the case group and control group on the first day of hospitalization in our hospital, compare and analyze the differences between RA and antidiuretic hormone levels in patients with liver cirrhosis, and explore whether there is a correlation between RA and antidiuretic hormone levels in patients with liver cirrhosis. Results:The level of serum antidiuretic hormone before treatment in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in the level of serum potassium ion between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in serum sodium level before treatment(p>0.05);There was no significant difference in serum albumin level between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion:The increased release of serum antidiuretic hormone in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with refractory ascites may be one of the pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis complicated with refractory ascites.
