Study On Evaluation And Efficiency Improvement Of Informatization Construction In Public Hospitals

After more than 30 years of development,from the initial construction of a single information system to the current construction of Internet hospitals,intelligent hospitals and regional medical care,informatization has become the main driving force for the high-quality and efficient development of medical and health undertakings,and it is also an important support for reshaping the medical management and service model and realizing scientific government decision-making,accurate social governance and efficient public services.Since the information construction of X hospital has been carried out,it has completed the basic construction,realized the basic interconnection,carried out the Internet hospital business,and entered the intelligent construction stage.However,due to the lack of funds for hospital information construction,lack of professionals,lack of overall planning and unified layout and other reasons,the current hospital information construction is fragmented,the degree of business coordination and intelligence is not high,and the effect of information construction and application is not satisfactory.the support of informatization to hospital management and decision-making is obviously insufficient,the overall efficiency of information construction is not high,and the improvement of hospital comprehensive service capacity is also extremely limited.Based on the government performance management theory and the new public service theory,this paper constructs the evaluation system of X hospital informatization construction by using balanced Scorecard tools,Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This paper comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the current situation of hospital informatization from the four dimensions of informatization infrastructure construction,informatization efficiency,informatization service and informatization construction ability,finds the deficiency and analyzes its reasons deeply.Furthermore,it is put forward that the information construction of public hospitals in China should aim at improving the level of public health services and take patients as the center.We should raise funds through multiple channels to improve the attractiveness and training ability of talents,make overall planning,unify the layout,strengthen the construction of standardization,upgrade and transform the old system,and build an integrated information system.Increase policy support,vigorously promote information construction and other measures,in order to enhance the efficiency of hospital information construction,promote the healthy,sustained and efficient development of hospital information,and promote the systematic,intensive and refined development of information services.
