| Objective:To investigate the safety, efficacy and prognosis of stent thrombectomy technique and SWIM thrombectomy technique in patients with acute intracranial large vessel occlusion. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 108 patients who underwent mechanical thrombectomy for acute intracranial large artery occlusion in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from January 2018 to October 2021 and met the inclusion criteria, according to the surgical method, the patients were divided into two groups: simple stent thrombectomy group and SWIM thrombectomy group, statistical analysis was performed on the basic data, imaging data, surgical data, postoperative successful recanalization,m RS score at 90 days after operation. Results:The proportion of m TICI≥2b,lower postoperative NIHSS score and90-day m RS≤2 score in SWIM group were higher than those in the simple stent group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that SWIM thrombation and m TICI≥2b at the end of surgery were predictors of good functional outcome, and higher NIHSS score 24 h after surgery was a risk factor for poor clinical outcome(P<0.05).Conclusions:For patients with acute large vessel occlusion,SWIM thrombectomy is superior to simple stent thrombectomy in vascular reperfusion rate, lower NIHSS score at 24 h after surgery and 90-day m RS(0-2). |
