Clinical Efficacy Of Gualou Xiedan Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angine Pection Of Coronary Heart Disease With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type And Effects On Blood Lipid Level,Hcy,hs-CRP And RBP4

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy and the influence of blood lipid level,Hcy,hs-CRP and RBP4 of Gualou Xiedan Decoction in the treatment of stablility angina pectoris associated with Phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty patients with stablility angina pectoris associated with Phlegm and blood stasis type were selected as study subjects,30 patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Gualou Xiedan Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the course was 8 weeks.After the completion of the trial,the data were collected and statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0 to observe the changes in the improvement of TCM syndrome,angina relief,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,improvement of quality of life,ECG changes and blood lipids,Hcy,hs-CRP,RBP and RBP 4 to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Rsults:1.Efficacy indicators:(1)TCM syndrome scores and efficacy: after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was significantly lower compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was better than the control group(P<0.01);the total effective rate(93.33%)of Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was higher than the control group(76.67%),and Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was better(P <0.05).(2)Angina symptom scores and efficacy: the total effective rate of Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was higher(93.33%)than that of the control group(86.67%),and the result of Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was better(P <0.05).(3)Total efficacies of electrocardiography: The total effective rate of Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was higher(86.67%)than that of control group(70.00%),and Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was better(P <0.05).(4)Efficacy of discontinuation rate of nitroglycerin: The total effective rate of Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was higher(90.00%)than that of control group(73.33%),and Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was better(P <0.05).(5)Quality of life score and efficacy: After treatment,the scores of both groups increased significantly compared with before treatment(P <0.01),and the increase level of Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).2.Assay indexes:The level in blood lipid,Hcy,hs-CRP and RBP4 decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P <0.01),and the decrease in Gualou Xiedan Decoction group was greater than that in the control group(P <0.01).3.Safety indicators:There were no three routine abnormalities,liver or kidney function abnormalities around the treatment,and Gualou Xiedan Decoction was safe.ConclusionGualou Xiedan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the score of TCM syndrome,relieve angina pectoris,reduce the utilization rate of nitroglycerin,improve the resting electrocardiogram,reduce the level of blood lipid,Hcy,hs-CRP and RBP4,play the role of anti-platelet aggregation,reduce inflammatory reaction,protect vascular endothelium,fight arteriosclerosis and so on.
