A Study On The Supervision Of Violated Regulations Of Designated Medical Institutions In Zizhong Sichuan

The medical insurance fund provides irreplaceable support for the long-term sustainable development of China’s medical insurance system.The stable and normal running of the medical insurance fund has a very close relation to the essential rights and interests of the insured persons and the social harmonious atmosphere.With the increase in the number of insured people,the expansion of the scale of the fund,the expansion of the coverage,and the complexity of the use of the fund,increasing requirements has been encountered by its supervision.This article first introduces the current research status over the whole world,proposes the research subject content,research tasks and research methods of the relevant research groups,and explains the basic concepts and basic theories related to medical insurance fund research through case studies,and makes introductions to the current status Zizhong County’s medical insurance supervision by explaining the related contents and theories of the fund.From the basic situation of the supervision force,the basic situation of the designated medical institution,the policy system from top to down,the supervision system mechanism,the supervision mode,etc.,the supervision status is explained,and the problems existed are deeply explored and the reasons are analyzed.With reference to the advanced regions with rich experience in the supervision of medical insurance funds in China and remarkable results in supervision,suggestions are made for improving and optimizing the supervision of medical insurance funds in Zizhong County.Finally,on the basis of sorting out the situation,summarizing relevant problems,and combining the actual situation of Zizhong,referring to the mature practical experience that has been effective in other parts of the country,a series of targeted suggestions are put forward to improve local strategies for medicare fund supervision.This subsection fully combines the author’s years of medical insurance management work experience with reality.Based on in-depth research,careful research and analysis,and bold exploration,a series of existing theoretical practices are proposed for the current supervision of medical insurance funds in Zizhong County.
