Objective: The annual detection rate of MAFLD and its related factors in the physical examination population of the affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from 2018 to 2022 were analyzed. Methods: 33,084 healthy subjects with complete data from January 2018 to December 2022 in Yan’an University affiliated Hospital were selected. The data of sex, age, height, weight, blood pressure, laboratory examination(blood glucose, liver function, blood lipid, kidney function)and ultrasonic examination were collected. The detection rate and change trend of each year were analyzed,According to age, sex,BMI were divided into different subgroups, analysis of constituent ratio and detection rate, and then selected health check-up from January 2022 to December 2022,divided into MAFLD group and non-MAFLD group, analysis of clinical characteristics and related factors.Result:1.The detection rate of MAFLD from 2018 to 2022: 20.0% in 2018;20.2% in 2019;24.1% in 2019;22.0% in 2021;24.3% in 2022;the detection rate of MAFLD in 2022 is24.3%;The detection rate of men was about three times higher than that of women;Among different age groups, the detection rate of MAFLD was highest among those aged 50-69 years, except in 2019;The higher the BMI value, the higher the detection rate of MAFLD,among which the detection rate of obesity was the highest.2.Comparison of clinical characteristics of different genders: the detection rate of men increased rapidly when they were young, reached the peak at the age of 30 to 49,and then decreased;for women, the detection rate was low under the age of 50,and increased rapidly after the age of 50.Compared with men, female patients were older, lower levels of BMI,DBP,ALT,AST,GGT,ALB,TBil,BUN,CRE and UA,and higher levels of SBP,ALP,TC and TG(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical characteristics among different BMI groups: 1731 cases were overweight / obese, with a detection rate of 39.7%;78 cases were normal /underweight,with a detection rate of 2.5%.Compared with normal / underweight patients, overweight / obese patients had more males, higher age, lower levels of FBG,ALP and TG,and higher levels of ALT,TBil,TC,CRE and UA(P<0.05).4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of MAFLD: gender, hypertension, dyslipidemia,ALT abnormality, fasting blood glucose abnormality, hyperuricemia, overweight /obesity were associated with MAFLD.Conclusion:1.In the population of MAFLD physical examination from 2018 to 2022,the annual detection rate was 20.0%,20.2%,24.1%,22.0% and 24.3% respectively, overall shows an upward trend;the detection rate of men was about three times higher than that of women;the detection rate of MAFLD was the highest in the age group of 50 to 69 years old;the highest detection rate was found in the obese group.2.Gender,abnormal fasting glucose, hypertension, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, and overweight/obesity were the independent factors associated with MAFLD.
