| ObjectiveCoronary CT angiography(CCTA)technique was used in this study to investigate the relationship between the properties of Right coronary artery(RCA)plaques and RCA-aorta(RCA-aorta,RCA-AO),the index relationship between the Angle and diameter of RCA-AO(including the diameter and cross-sectional area of the proximal end of RCA)is intended to provide more accurate image data for the early diagnosis and treatment intervention of coronary artery disease by clinicians.MethodsIn this study,patients who received CCTA examination in our hospital from November 2021 to October 2022 were included in the study.Data of 1000 patients were collected and divided into normal group and plaque group according to whether there was plaque near the RCA.Plaque group was based on different CT values of different plaque components.So he divided it into a bunch of different plates,a bunch of mixed plates and a bunch of calcified plates.The RCA-AO Angle and diameter index between normal group and different plaque group were measured and analyzed statistically.Results(1)The RCA-AO Angle in plaque group(non-calcified plaque group,mixed plaque group,calcified plaque group)was smaller than that in normal group,but the diameter and cross-sectional were larger than that in normal group(p<0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in the angle,diameter and cross-sectional of RCA-AO between the plaque group and the normal group(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in the RCA-AO Angle among non-calcified plaque group,mixed plaque group and calcified plaque group(p>0.05).(3)There were no significant differences in the angle,diameter and cross-sectional area of RCA-AO between mild and moderate to severe non-calcified plaque groups(p>0.05).(4)There was no statistical significance in the angle,diameter and cross-sectional area of RCA-AO between male and female patients with moderate to severe non-calcified plaque(p>0.05).ConclusionsThrough statistical analysis of the RCA-AO angle and diameter of 899 patients in the plaque group and 101 patients in the normal group,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The RCA-AO Angle was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis,and with the decrease of the RCA-AO Angle,coronary atherosclerosis became more severe.(2)The diameter and cross-sectional area of RCA are positively correlated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis,and the severity of coronary atherosclerosis increases with the increase of the diameter and cross-sectional area of RCA. |
