Meta Analysis Of Efficacy And Adverse Reactions Of Astragalus Injection Combined With Trimetazidine In Adult Viral Myocarditis

Background Research on the specific treatment of viral myocarditis is limited at present,the main direction is symptomatic treatment.At present,the main treatment methods are antivirus,myocardial nutrition,gene therapy,immune regulation,antioxidant.The treatment plan is different according to the individual differences of patients,such as the stage,clinical symptoms,individual differences,etc.Drug therapy includes antiviral and immunomodulatory drugs,antiarrhythmic drugs,treatment of heart failure,improvement of cardiac metabolism,and antioxidant therapy.In recent years,in the continuous study of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,some drugs with antioxidant,antiviral,immune regulation and myocardial protection have been found.Among them,many randomized controlled studies have found that astragalus has certain efficacy in protecting myocardium and regulating cardiac function.Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of Astragalus injection combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of viral myocarditis(VMC)by meta-analysis.Methods Pub Med,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang and Chinese Sci tech journal databases were searched by computer.Randomized controlled trials of Astragalus injection combined with trimetazidine(experimental group),conventional western medicine treatment and / or trimetazidine plus treatment(control group)for VMC were conducted According to the inclusion criteria,the clinical research information was extracted and the quality was evaluated.Rev man 5.2 statistical software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 1769 relevant literatures were retrieved by computer,and14 literatures were finally included in the study after screening,all of which were randomized controlled trials with A total of 1324 patients with viral myocarditis.The control group received conventional antiviral,antiarrhythmic,sedation,vitamin C,coenzyme A,adenosine triphosphate and other drug interventions.The intervention measures of the study group were given Astragalus injection 20 ml combined with trimetazidine on the basis of the control group.The statistical heterogeneity of the study was evaluated by I2 value pairs.There was no statistical heterogeneity in validity and adverse reactions,and the fixed effect model was used.The statistical heterogeneity of creatine kinase and troponin was studied by random effects model..Meta analysis showed that the effective rate 、c Tn T、CK-MB、NT-pro BNP,lactate dehydrogenase level of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups was not statistically significant。Conclusion Astragalus injection combined with trimetazidine has a significant effect on VMC,which is more effective and safe than conventional treatment and / or trimetazidine.It is recommended to be popularized in clinic.
